工匠精神融入思想政治教育的价值与路径研究

【摘要】:2016年李克强总理在《政府工作报告》中,提出要培育精益求精的工匠精神,这是工匠精神首次在政府文件中出现,从国家和政治层面表现出对工匠精神的肯定和重视。基于此,本研究首先对工匠精神的概念、内涵及特征进行分析,结合思想政治教育的特征、作用及诉求,试图寻找工匠精神与思想政治教育二者内在联系,及工匠精神融入思想政治教育的价值,最后在两者融入原则的引导下从政府、高校、社会等角度提出工匠精神融入思想政治教育的有效途径。本研究主要包含引言和其它四章内容。引言部分主要采用文献综述法,对于国内外工匠精神的概念、内涵、时代价值及思想政治教育资源的研究现状进行分析,指明本文的研究意义、研究内容、研究方法和创新之处。第一章,对于工匠进行的概念、特征及内涵研究。本文主要采用归纳法和理论分析法,认为工匠精神是工匠们在从事自己手艺活动时,所表现出来的意识和行为,并在长期的实践过程中,运用敬业的专业精神、严谨的专业态度、优秀的工作能力、创新的工作追求、不断前行不断追求完美的精神理念。在此基础上从国家教育政策的演变、教育发展、个人发展及思想政治教育发展四个方面阐述工匠精神与思想政治教育的内在联系。第二章,主要是价值探究,针对在思想政治教育融入工匠精神的价值进行探究。工匠精神融入思想政治教育能够在继承中华民族优秀文化传统的同时促使思想政治教育任务的履行,提升人的自由全面发展,有助于社主义核心价值观的践行,强有力的推动我国从制造大国向制造强国的发展。第三章,结合工匠精神的特征以及思想政治教育的要求,将工匠精神融入思想政治教育需坚持以下原则:传承文化、坚持创新;丰富实践、知行统一;坚持全面、主抓重点;重视主体、以人为本。四个原则反映出欲融合工匠精神及思想政治教育应遵循的规律,凸显其对于思想政治教育的作用,就必须遵循原则,更好的发扬和传承工匠精神。第四章,对工匠精神融入思想政治教育的有效途径从政府职能、社会宣传及高校教育等维度提出建议。政府层面要完善宏观环境,提升政府服务职能,主要通过加强政策引领,建立奖惩制度及人才评价制度,完善就业制度等手段,以制度支持工匠精神;社会层面需塑造价值导向,善用社会媒体手段,线上线下宣传相结合,以扩大工匠精神的普及范围,增强工匠精神宣传时效性;高校层面要改善教育条件,要发扬高校教育先导作用,通过在高校培养目标中加入工匠精神,将工匠精神作为思想政治教育内容,开设相关课程及讲座交流,重视高校师资队伍建设,注重因材施教等途径以培育工匠精神。
[Abstract]:In the "Government work report" in 2016, Prime Minister Li Keqiang proposed that the craftsman spirit should be cultivated. This is the first time that the craftsman spirit has appeared in the government document, which shows the affirmation and importance of the craftsman spirit from the national and political level. Based on this, this study first analyzes the concept, connotation and characteristics of the craftsman's spirit, combines the characteristics, functions and demands of the ideological and political education, and tries to find out the intrinsic relationship between the craftsman's spirit and the ideological and political education. And the value of craftsmen 'spirit in ideological and political education. Finally, under the guidance of the principles of integration, the author puts forward an effective way for craftsman's spirit to integrate into ideological and political education from the angle of government, university, society and so on. This research mainly includes the introduction and the other four chapters. The introduction mainly uses literature review method to analyze the concept, connotation, time value and ideological and political education resources of craftsmen at home and abroad, pointing out the significance and content of this paper. Research methods and innovations. The first chapter studies the concept, characteristics and connotation of craftsmen. This paper mainly adopts inductive and theoretical analysis, and thinks that craftsman's spirit is the consciousness and behavior that artisans show when they are engaged in their craft activities, and in the long practice process, they use their professional spirit of dedication. Strict professional attitude, excellent working ability, innovative work pursuit, constantly pursuing the perfect spirit. On this basis, this paper expounds the inner relation between craftsman's spirit and ideological and political education from four aspects: the evolution of national educational policy, the development of education, the development of individual and the development of ideological and political education. The second chapter, mainly is the value inquiry, carries on the exploration in the ideological and political education to melt the craftsman spirit value. While inheriting the excellent cultural tradition of the Chinese nation, craftsmen 'spirit and ideological and political education can promote the fulfillment of the task of ideological and political education, promote the free and all-round development of people, and contribute to the practice of the core values of socialism. Strongly promote the development of our country from a large manufacturing country to a powerful manufacturing country. In the third chapter, combining the characteristics of craftsman's spirit and the requirement of ideological and political education, we should adhere to the following principles: inheriting culture, persisting in innovation, enriching practice, unifying knowledge and practice, insisting on comprehensive and main emphasis; Attach importance to the subject and put people first. The four principles reflect the rules that should be followed in order to integrate the spirit of craftsmen and the ideological and political education, and highlight its role in ideological and political education, we must follow the principles and better carry forward and inherit the spirit of craftsmen. In the fourth chapter, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to integrate craftsman spirit into ideological and political education from the aspects of government function, social propaganda and college education. The government should perfect the macro environment and promote the government service function by strengthening the policy guidance, establishing the reward and punishment system and talent evaluation system, perfecting the employment system and so on, so as to support the spirit of craftsmen. In order to expand the scope of craftsman's spirit and enhance the effectiveness of craftsman's spiritual propaganda, the social level should shape the value orientation, make good use of social media, and combine the online and offline propaganda to improve the educational conditions. It is necessary to carry forward the leading role of higher education, by adding the spirit of craftsman to the cultivation goal of colleges and universities, taking the spirit of craftsman as the content of ideological and political education, offering relevant courses and lectures, and attaching importance to the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities. Pay attention to teaching according to their aptitude and other ways to cultivate the spirit of craftsmen.
