当代思想政治教育与企业文化融合的新路径研究

【摘要】：企业思想政治教育是我国企业工作的传统优势,对我国企业发展发挥了巨大作用。与此同时,发源于近代西方的企业文化进入我国,受到广大企业的热捧,掀起了建立各自企业文化的热潮。然而在实践过程中,企业在思想政治教育与企业文化融合方面存在一些问题,导致这两方面难以发挥合力作用。因此对当代思想政治教育与企业文化融合的新路径进行研究具有重要意义。本文在研究两者融合的可行性与必要性的基础上,探讨思想政治教育与企业文化融合的创新路径。主要完成以下工作： 1.首先阐述了思想政治教育与企业文化融合的新路径研究背景和研究目的。其次分析了关于思想政治教育与企业文化内在关系以及两者融合的学术研究成果。最后提出了本文的写作思路与创新点。 2.从思想政治教育与企业文化融合的必要性、可行性、实效性来阐述两者融合的理论基础。 3.对当代思想政治教育与企业文化融合问题进行分析,揭示出存在的以下问题：融合原则不完善；融合内容结构性缺失；载体平台过于传统,形式单一；融合方式单调,实效性低下。 4.从融合原则、融合内容、融合平台、融合方式等方面提出当代思想政治教育与企业文化融合的新路径。
[Abstract]:Enterprise ideological and political education is the traditional advantage of our country's enterprise work and plays a great role in the development of our country's enterprises. At the same time, the enterprise culture originated from the modern western countries entered our country, which was popular with the majority of enterprises, and set off the upsurge of establishing their own corporate culture. However, in the process of practice, there are some problems in the integration of ideological and political education and corporate culture, which makes it difficult for the two aspects to play a joint role. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the new path of the integration of contemporary ideological and political education and corporate culture. On the basis of studying the feasibility and necessity of the fusion of the two, this paper probes into the innovative path of the integration of ideological and political education and corporate culture. The main tasks are as follows: 1. Firstly, the paper expounds the research background and purpose of the new path of the integration of ideological and political education and corporate culture. Secondly, it analyzes the internal relationship between ideological and political education and corporate culture, and the academic research results of the fusion of the two. Finally, this paper puts forward the writing ideas and innovative points. 2. This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the fusion of ideological and political education and corporate culture from the point of view of the necessity, feasibility and effectiveness. 3. This paper analyzes the fusion of contemporary ideological and political education and corporate culture, reveals the following problems: the integration principle is not perfect; the structure of the integration content is missing; the carrier platform is too traditional, the form is single; the integration mode is monotonous. The effectiveness is low. 4. From the fusion principle, the content, the fusion platform, the fusion way and so on, puts forward the contemporary ideological and political education and the enterprise culture fusion new path.
