德法兼治视阈下的“路怒症”论析

【摘要】：本文叙述了"路怒症"的具体表现,分析了产生"路怒症"的主观、客观原因,并从德法兼治的角度就如何解决"路怒症"提出了建议:一方面要加强法律制度的建设和完善,另一方面应重视驾驶员道德素质的培养,德法兼治,双管齐下。
[Abstract]:This paper describes the concrete manifestation of "road rage", analyzes the subjective and objective causes of "road rage", and puts forward some suggestions on how to solve "road rage" from the angle of virtue, law and treatment: on the one hand, we should strengthen the construction and perfection of the legal system. On the other hand, we should pay more attention to the cultivation of driver's moral quality.
