【摘要】：当前,人类社会在经历工业化大发展和物质文化大繁荣的同时,粗放的生产方式、奢华的生活消费、炫富的不良风气等等令人痛心疾首的现象层出不穷,我国也不例外。为了应对这些问题,节约被再一次提上日程。观念是行动的先导,为了使政府、企业、社区、家庭等各个社会主体在生产和生活中尽可能做到节约能源资源,在思想层面构建新型节约观十分必要。本文以生态文明建设为背景,从政府、企业、社区、家庭四个方面入手,研究如何构建新型节约观。本文共分为五大部分:第一部分,界定生态文明、节约、及新型节约观等概念,阐述生态文明与构建新型节约观的关系,并分析生态文明建设中构建新型节约观对个人、社会以及人与自然关系的意义;第二部分,探究我国生态文明建设中构建新型节约观的理论基础;第三部分,总结并归纳出我国节约观的发展历程;第四部分,对新型节约观的认知及实践中存在的诸多问题进行系统分析,并从政府、企业、社区、家庭四个层面剖析问题的成因;第五部分,针对问题及成因,从政府、企业、社区、家庭四个方面提出构建新型节约观的可行性对策。
[Abstract]:At present, human society is experiencing the great development of industrialization and the prosperity of material culture, at the same time, the extensive production mode, the luxurious living consumption, the bad atmosphere of showing off the rich, and so on, are in endlessly painful phenomenon, our country is no exception. In order to deal with these problems, economy is once again on the agenda. Concept is the forerunner of action, in order to make the government, enterprise, community, family and other social subjects in production and life as far as possible to save energy and resources, in the ideological level to build a new concept of saving is very necessary. Based on the construction of ecological civilization, this paper studies how to construct a new concept of economy from four aspects: government, enterprise, community and family. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part defines the concepts of ecological civilization, economy, and new economy, expounds the relationship between ecological civilization and the construction of new saving view, and analyzes the relationship between the construction of new saving view and individual in the construction of ecological civilization. The significance of society and the relationship between man and nature; the second part explores the theoretical basis of constructing a new concept of economy in the construction of ecological civilization in China; the third part summarizes and summarizes the development course of the concept of saving in our country; the fourth part, This paper makes a systematic analysis of the problems existing in the cognition and practice of the new concept of economy, and analyzes the causes of the problems from the four levels of government, enterprise, community and family. The fifth part, aiming at the problems and causes, analyzes the causes from the government, the enterprise, the community, Four aspects of the family put forward the feasibility of building a new concept of economy.
