论非主流意识形态治理的基本途径

【摘要】：意识形态是执政党执政的重要理论资源和思想资源,也是进行社会控制和社会整合的基本手段。当前,非主流意识形态的存在已经严重消解了主流意识形态的影响力和凝聚力。因而要积极作为、加强非主流意识形态治理,通过批判与斗争、主导与包容、对话与驾驭等实现主流意识形态对非主流意识形态的有效统领,促使主流意识形态与非主流意识形态的良性互动,使非主流意识形态以一个"尽可能地避免消极影响、更大限度地发挥积极作用"的方式而存在。
[Abstract]:Ideology is the important theoretical and ideological resources of ruling party in power, and also the basic means of social control and social integration. At present, the existence of non-mainstream ideology has seriously dispelled the influence and cohesion of mainstream ideology. Therefore, we should actively act, strengthen the governance of non-mainstream ideology, and realize the effective leadership of mainstream ideology over non-mainstream ideology through criticism and struggle, leadership and tolerance, dialogue and control, etc. The positive interaction between the mainstream ideology and the non-mainstream ideology makes the non-mainstream ideology exist in a way of "avoiding the negative influence as much as possible and playing a positive role to a greater extent".
