当代青年农民的孝德培育

【摘要】：百善孝为先,孝德作为中华民族传统美德的重要组成部分,是几千年来调整家庭关系和社会关系的基本道德规范。发源于农耕文明的孝德文化对于中国古代家庭和社会的和谐稳定发挥了巨大价值。在农村中,青年农民是践行孝德的主体力量,但是,如今农村中青年农民孝德思想淡薄、孝德践行不容乐观,研究孝德及青年农民孝德培育具有非常重要的意义。孝德培育不仅可以提升青年农民的孝德修养,具有德育意义,而且有利于解决农村人口老龄化发展带来的养老问题,具有一定的养老意义。同时,将传统孝德取其精华去其糟粕,发掘出传统孝德的时代价值,进而对青年农民进行孝德教育,提高青年农民思想道德素质,还有助于和睦亲子关系,进而促进家庭和农村的和谐稳定,也是建设社会主义新农村的内在要求。但是,当前青年农民的孝德践行不容乐观,其孝德失范主要体现为:缺乏应有的孝德观念;缺少对父母的物质赡养;对父母的精神慰藉缺失。青年农民孝德缺失的原因主要有:社会的变迁和市场经济的消极影响,比如农村劳动力外流,“422”家庭增多,青年农民的养老压力越来越大;西方文化和传统文化中的糟粕对青年农民孝德的冲击,孝德观念在青年农民心中趋于淡薄;对农村孝德的宣传教育力度不足;农村孝德缺乏必要的制度维系。在这种情况下,通过批判继承传统孝德文化,发挥社会主义核心价值观的引领作用,构建全方位的教育网络,建立孝德培育长效机制,提高青年农民的孝德意识,使青年农民发自内心的爱老、养老,是培育青年农民孝德素养、解决农村养老问题的应有之策。
[Abstract]:As an important part of Chinese traditional virtue, filial piety is the basic moral standard of adjusting family relations and social relations for thousands of years. The filial piety culture originated from farming civilization has played a great role in the harmony and stability of ancient Chinese family and society. In rural areas, young farmers are the main force in the practice of filial piety, but nowadays, the thought of filial piety of young peasants in rural areas is weak, so the study of filial piety and cultivation of filial piety is of great significance. The cultivation of filial piety can not only promote the cultivation of filial piety of young peasants, but also be helpful to solve the problem of the aging of the rural population. At the same time, the traditional filial piety will be taken away from its dross, and the value of the traditional filial piety will be discovered, and then the education of filial piety will be carried out on the young peasants, and the ideological and moral quality of the young peasants will be improved, which will also contribute to the harmonious relationship between parents and children. And then promote the harmony and stability of the family and rural areas, but also the internal requirements of building a new socialist countryside. However, the current practice of filial piety of young farmers is not optimistic, its filial piety is mainly reflected in: lack of due sense of filial piety; lack of material support to parents; lack of spiritual comfort to parents. The main reasons for the lack of filial piety among the young peasants are: the social changes and the negative effects of the market economy, such as the outflow of rural labor force, the increase of "422" families, and the increasing pressure on young peasants to provide for the aged; The dross of the western culture and the traditional culture impact on the filial piety of the young peasants. The concept of filial piety tends to be weak in the hearts of the young peasants; the propaganda and education of rural filial piety is insufficient; the rural filial piety lacks the necessary institutional maintenance. In this case, by criticizing and inheriting the traditional filial piety culture, giving play to the leading role of socialist core values, building a comprehensive educational network, establishing a long-term mechanism of filial piety cultivation, improving the sense of filial piety of young peasants, It is necessary to cultivate the filial piety quality of young peasants and solve the problem of supporting the aged in rural areas by making young peasants love the old and provide for the aged from the heart.
