工匠精神与职业精神的比较与澄明

【摘要】：工匠精神的热炒,难免被不当泛化,出现工匠精神与职业精神混淆的情况。泛化实际上是对工匠精神的一种神话,一种戕害,一种无思的表现。从逻辑关系角度、哲学角度和适用对象角度辨析工匠精神与职业精神的差异与不同,揭示出工匠精神的内涵为:尚巧、求精、崇德、执念;职业精神的内涵是:敬业精神、精业精神、创新精神、立业精神。
[Abstract]:Craftsman's spirit of hot speculation, inevitably by improper generalization, artisan spirit and professional spirit confusion. Generalization is actually a myth of craftsman's spirit, a kind of harm, a manifestation of no thought. From the angle of logical relation, philosophy and applicable object, this paper analyzes the difference and difference between craftsman's spirit and professional spirit, and reveals that the connotation of artisans' spirit is as follows: perfect, refined, consecrated, and idealistic, and the connotation of professional spirit is as follows: professional spirit. Spirit of fine industry, spirit of innovation and spirit of establishing a business.
