论大数据与意识形态治理

【摘要】：大数据为社会生活的各个领域带来了巨大变革,也标志着社会发展的新趋向。大数据自身特点决定了其在意识形态治理方面的深刻影响,并与意识形态治理形成高度契合,具体表现在三个方面,一是价值契合,即大数据助力意识形态治理的嬗变;二是现实契合,即大数据对提升意识形态治理能力提出更高的现实要求;三是内在契合,即新形势下以大数据为依托,通过重塑与强化意识形态话语权,创新意识形态的宣传教育方式,健全针对虚拟空间意识形态治理的保障机制等有力举措,实现意识形态治理与大数据的深度契合,切实提升意识形态治理能力,进而不断增强主流意识形态的吸引力、凝聚力与说服力。
[Abstract]:Big data has brought great changes to all fields of social life, and also marked a new trend of social development. The characteristics of big data itself determine its profound influence on ideological governance, and it is highly compatible with ideological governance, which is embodied in three aspects: one is the value fit, that is, big data helps the evolution of ideological governance; The second is the reality fit, that is, big data puts forward higher realistic requirements to enhance the ability of ideological governance, and the third is internal fit, that is, under the new situation, relying on big data, through remolding and strengthening ideological discourse power, Innovating the propaganda and education way of ideology, perfecting the guarantee mechanism for the governance of virtual space ideology, realizing the deep agreement between ideology governance and big data, and improving the ability of ideology governance, Furthermore, the attraction, cohesion and persuasion of the mainstream ideology are continuously enhanced.
