工匠精神的职业道德心理机制探析

【摘要】:由工业大国向工业强国转变的国家发展战略计划提出要培育工匠精神,敬业乐业和精益求精的工匠精神必须以职业道德为基本依托。职业道德认知、情感、意志和行为四个心理要素相互作用、相互制约,共同构成一个动态职业道德心理系统。工匠人有其特定的职业道德认知、情感、意志和行为,主要通过平衡机制、冲突机制和调节机制来维持职业道德心理系统的平衡。与普通手工业劳动者相比,工匠人职业道德的心理运行机制主要以正向的平衡机制和改变错误职业道德行为的调节机制为主。因此,工匠精神的职业道德养成中要培养高度的职业认同和坚定的职业信念,注重敬畏的职业情感和坚忍意志等非智力因素的培养,良好的社会环境有利于现代工匠精神生根发芽。
[Abstract]:The strategic plan of national development from a big industrial country to a powerful industrial country puts forward that the spirit of craftsmen should be cultivated, and the spirit of dedicated and happy work and the spirit of craftsman should be based on professional ethics. The four psychological elements of professional ethics cognition, emotion, will and behavior interact and restrict each other and form a dynamic psychological system of professional ethics. Artisans have their own professional ethics cognition, emotion, will and behavior. They maintain the balance of professional ethics psychological system through balance mechanism, conflict mechanism and regulation mechanism. Compared with the ordinary handicraft workers, the psychological operation mechanism of the professional ethics of the artisans mainly consists of the positive balance mechanism and the adjustment mechanism of changing the wrong professional ethics behavior. Therefore, in the cultivation of craftsman's spirit of professional ethics, we should cultivate a high degree of professional identity and firm professional belief, pay attention to the cultivation of non-intellectual factors such as awe of professional emotion and perseverance, etc. A good social environment is conducive to the rooting and sprouting of modern craftsmen.
