论社会主义核心价值观与国家治理现代化的契合

【摘要】：国家治理现代化逐渐成为当今世界各国共同面临的时代课题。提升国家治理体系与治理能力现代化水平,需要全社会凝聚共识,形成合力,共同参与。社会主义核心价值观是全国各族人民的价值信奉,是正能量的集聚,与国家治理现代化所需要的共识品质相契合。作为后发外生型现代化国家的中国,自由、民主与法治等现代价值需要进一步成长,在推进国家治理现代化进程中,更要以社会主义核心价值观为引领塑造国家治理精神品质,以建构中国特色国家治理现代化路径。
[Abstract]:The modernization of national governance has gradually become a common topic in the world. To improve the modernization level of national governance system and governance ability, we need the whole society to gather consensus, form a joint force and participate together. The socialist core value is the value belief of the people of all nationalities in China, it is the gathering of positive energy, which is in accord with the consensus quality needed for the modernization of national governance. As a latecomer modern country, the modern values of freedom, democracy and rule of law need to be further developed. In the process of promoting the modernization of national governance, the socialist core values should be taken as the guide to shape the spirit of national governance. In order to construct the modern way of governance with Chinese characteristics.
