民营企业中的思想政治教育问题研究

【摘要】：改革开放三十多年以来，我国的经济实力大幅度提升，民营企业快速发展，在国民经济中的地位日益加强，不但给中国经济增长注入了活力与生机，而且成为国民经济的重要组成部分。目前，我国正处于全面建成小康社会的决定性阶段，全面深化改革的攻坚期和深水区，民营企业也即将步入黄金发展期和核心竞争力凸显期，如何在激烈的市场竞争环境下立于不败之地，需要企业在适应外部环境变化、从业人员角色转化以及群体行为模式转变等方面形成团队价值共识，发挥现代科学管理效用。民营企业的长足发展为企业思想政治教育开辟了新的领域，也带来了企业思想政治教育人才缺乏、内容与方法单调、组织体系不健全等诸多问题。党的十八大以来，我们党不但提出全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革的战略部署，而且明确提出宣传思想工作的四个“讲清楚”，对深入开展中国特色社会主义宣传教育，加强社会主义核心价值体系建设，积极培育和践行社会主义核心价值观提出新任务，对新时期的思想政治教育工作提出了新要求。如何适应新形势、新任务的发展变化，解决民营企业思想政治教育问题，，做好民营企业的思想政治教育，成为当前思想政治教育面临的重要课题。本文从民营企业思想政治教育的现状分析入手，在探讨民营企业思想政治教育的问题、原因以及意义基础上，提出加强和改进民营企业思想政治教育的内容和方法，提出了具有可操作性的加强民营企业思想政治教育的路径。在内容方面，侧重于凝聚个人理想、共筑发展愿景，树立集体意识、倡导社会责任，增强法制意识、构建法制环境；就方法方面，着重于理论学习法、实践教育法、心理疏导法、案例分析法。就民营企业思想政治教育的路径，致力于以中国特色社会主义理论、社会主义核心价值观和中华优秀传统文化强化民营企业思想政治教育理念；以人本思维、团队意识、品牌观念明确民营企业思想政治教育目标；从团队培育、党团建设、系统支持、行业协作方面健全民营企业思想政治教育的组织机构；通过理论宣传和实践活动创新民营企业思想政治教育的有效载体。总之，论文在理论分析和实践探索的基础上，对民营企业思想政治教育问题的相关分析和对策研究，力图为我国民营企业的发展提供一定的借鉴和启示。
