社会转型期新闻工作者社会责任担当问题研究

【摘要】：本文以马克思主义唯物史观为指导，坚持社会历史发展的过程论来理解新闻工作者社会责任的内涵与主要意义，从社会学、伦理学、哲学角度对新闻工作者社会责任担当问题的时代原因进行全方位的分析，力争找出新闻工作者社会责任担当的可能途径。社会转型中，人们的自由意识不断增强，价值观日益多元复杂，社会矛盾冲突加剧。新闻工作者理应站在社会发展的高度承担起必要的社会责任，对社会政治制度、经济制度、文化与道德传统有清楚的理解。社会转型过程中，新闻工作者应该担当起守望社会、代言民众、监督政府与捍卫国家利益等诸多现实的社会责任。新闻工作者社会责任的担当源于其个体的社会责任意识，即社会责任感。当它缺失之后，必然发生连锁反应，进而影响到他们的价值观错乱，接着出现新闻自由的权利被滥用，，最终导致逾越道德底线和法律红线的新闻职业行为反复出现。新闻工作者社会责任担当问题的出现是社会转型的大背景下发生的独有现象。因为在社会转型过程中，基于新闻相关法律和管理制度不健全的情况，新闻工作者完全会出于私人或组织利益的考量，忽视对新闻社会责任和道德底线的坚守。提升新闻工作者社会责任担当的可能途径首先应该落实到新闻工作者个体身上。自觉维护社会主义核心价值观、正确行使新闻自由的权利、理清权利与义务的关系及社会责任的范围、恪守法律规定范围以及提高个人道德修养都是新闻工作者提高责任能力的重要方面。当然，加强社会监督和行业自律机制建设、政府积极完善新闻相关法律制度和优化新闻工作者承担社会责任的环境也是促进新闻工作者承担社会责任的有机组成部分。
[Abstract]:Guided by Marxist historical materialism and adhering to the process theory of social and historical development, this paper tries to understand the connotation and main significance of journalists' social responsibility. In order to find out the possible ways for journalists to bear social responsibility, this paper makes an all-round analysis of the causes of the social responsibility of journalists from the philosophical point of view. In the process of social transformation, people's consciousness of freedom is increasing, values are becoming more and more complex, and social contradictions and conflicts are becoming more and more serious. Journalists should stand at the height of social development to take on the necessary social responsibility and have a clear understanding of the social political system, economic system, culture and moral tradition. In the process of social transformation, journalists should take on many realistic social responsibilities, such as watching the society, endorsing the people, supervising the government and defending the national interests. The social responsibility of journalists stems from their individual sense of social responsibility, that is, social responsibility. When it is missing, a chain reaction will inevitably occur, which will affect their values, and then the right of freedom of the press will be abused, which will lead to the repeated professional behavior of journalism beyond the bottom line of morality and the red line of law. The emergence of social responsibility of journalists is a unique phenomenon under the background of social transformation. Because in the process of social transformation, due to the imperfect law and management system related to journalism, journalists will ignore the adherence to the social responsibility and moral bottom line of journalism out of the consideration of private or organizational interests. The possible ways to enhance the social responsibility of journalists should be put into practice first. Consciously upholding the socialist core values, correctly exercising the right to freedom of the press, and clarifying the relationship between rights and obligations and the scope of social responsibility, Abiding by the scope of law and improving personal moral cultivation are important aspects for journalists to improve their ability of responsibility. Of course, strengthening the construction of social supervision and industry self-discipline mechanism, the government actively improve the news related legal system and optimize the environment for journalists to bear social responsibility is also an organic part of promoting journalists to bear social responsibility.
