中国地质精神传承研究

【摘要】:中国地质精神是中国地质工作者、研究者、教育者在长期工作中形成的优秀品质、作风和精神风貌,是中华民族精神品质的重要组成部分,是对中华民族精神和时代精神的继承、丰富和发展。它对地质事业的发展壮大起到了巨大的推动作用。地质类高校大学生作为地质精神培育传承的骨干群体,肩负着继承地质精神和光大地质事业的重要使命。在新时期,面对纷繁复杂的环境影响,加强地质类高校大学生地质精神的培育和传承,强化核心价值观引领,有助于大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,有助于培养出一批地质精神的践行者、接班人以及宣传队。立足于中国地质精神的现有文献资料,通过梳理不同时期涌现出的地质精神内容,对地质精神的内涵进行了简要概括,同时,提炼出地质精神重要的历史价值,它不仅促进了中国地质事业的发展,推动了地质人才的培养和地质队伍的壮大,而且也丰富和细化了民族精神和时代精神。目前地质行业面临两方面压力:一方面是我国地质事业不断发展与强大,对地质人才质量要求越来越高;另一方面是年轻一代地质人对地质行业的认可度不高,对地质工作的热情慢慢减弱,这就要求作为地质人才培育主渠道的地质类高校,要加强地质精神的传承工作。通过文献搜集,总结概括出地质精神传承的经验和地质大学在传承地质精神的现有做法,如:新生入学教育,地质博物馆参观和摇篮文化等,并进一步运用问卷对地质精神在地质类高校传承的现状进行了调查,了解到目前地质精神传承虽有成效,但整体效果不佳,学生对地质精神的认知度和认可度都不高,集体利益观念淡化,缺乏地质工作热情。然而值得庆幸的是,大部分学生认为有必要加强地质精神的传承。出现如上现状的原因主要有:地质精神现有传承方式单一,传承机制不健全以及地质专业学生就业不景气,导致学生对地质行业的自豪感和荣耀感降低,从而不利于地质精神的传承。针对地质精神传承的现存问题和原因,提出了要坚持传承的四个原则,即:普及与提高相结合、理论与实践相结合、历史与现实相结合、物质与精神相结合;同时要通过宣传典型范例、发挥校园网络的引导作用、在思政课中渗透、发挥校园文化的熏陶作用以及发挥教师的示范引领作用等创新传承的方式方法,最后还要通过加强领导监管机制、建立评估体系与奖惩机制、完善就业保障机制三方面进行制度保障,从而为地质精神的有效传承创造良好条件和提供有力保障,为地质精神的传承保驾。
[Abstract]:The geological spirit of China is an important part of the spiritual quality of the Chinese nation, which is formed by Chinese geological workers, researchers and educators in their long-term work. It is the inheritance, enrichment and development of the spirit of the Chinese nation and the spirit of the times. It has played a huge role in promoting the development of geological undertakings. As the backbone of geological spirit cultivation, geological college students shoulder the important mission of inheriting geological spirit and geological undertaking. In the new era, in the face of complicated environmental influence, strengthening the cultivation and inheritance of geological spirit of geological college students and strengthening the guidance of core values will help college students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values. Help cultivate a group of geological spirit practitioners, successors and propaganda team. Based on the existing literature of Chinese geological spirit, the connotation of geological spirit is briefly summarized by combing the contents of geological spirit emerging in different periods, and at the same time, the important historical value of geological spirit is abstracted. It not only promotes the development of geological undertakings in China, but also enriches and refines the national spirit and the spirit of the times. At present, the geological industry is under pressure from two aspects: on the one hand, the continuous development and strength of the geological undertakings in our country, and the increasing demands on the quality of geological talents; on the other hand, the younger generation of geological people have a low degree of recognition for the geological industry. The enthusiasm for geological work is slowly weakening, which requires geological colleges and universities, as the main channel for the cultivation of geological talents, to strengthen the work of inheriting geological spirit. Through the collection of documents, this paper summarizes the experiences of geological spirit inheritance and the existing practices of geological universities in inheriting geological spirit, such as freshman entrance education, geological museum visit and cradle culture, etc. And further use the questionnaire to investigate the present situation of geological spirit inheritance in geological colleges and universities, and find out that the present geological spirit inheritance is effective, but the overall effect is not good, and the students' recognition and recognition of geological spirit are not high. The concept of collective interests is desalinated and lack of enthusiasm for geological work. Thankfully, however, most students consider it necessary to strengthen the transmission of geological spirit. The main reasons for the above status quo are as follows: the single way of inheriting geological spirit, the imperfection of inheritance mechanism and the depressed employment of geological major students, which result in the students' sense of pride and pride in the geological industry being reduced. This is not conducive to the transmission of geological spirit. In view of the existing problems and reasons of geological spiritual inheritance, the paper puts forward four principles: popularization and improvement, theory and practice, history and reality, material and spirit; At the same time, we should give full play to the leading role of the campus network, the infiltration of the ideological and political class, the edifying role of campus culture and the demonstration and leading role of teachers through the promotion of typical examples. Finally, through strengthening the leadership supervision mechanism, establishing the evaluation system and the reward and punishment mechanism, and perfecting the employment security mechanism, we should carry out the system protection in three aspects, so as to create good conditions and provide strong protection for the effective inheritance of the geological spirit.
