交往视阈中思想政治教育话语权构建的研究

【摘要】:思想政治教育话语权对国家的兴盛和发展起着至关重要的作用,但在当今社会,由于国内外环境发生着深刻的变化,我国的思想政治教育话语权面临着外来意识形态的挑战、社会主义国家命运的考验和国内深化改革的影响,这导致了我国思想政治教育话语权的消解。此外,由于以往思想政治教育在传播知识、规范行为的过程中较多的采用单一的“说教式”讲解,这极易导致思想政治教育者和受教育者在言语表达和讲述内容的控制力上有所差别,教育主体双方的关系不平等;当教育者在对发展着的思想政治教育理论知识掌握程度不够或对社会实践的认识不深时,他们对其理论的阐述也会不足;当教育者在讲解理论知识的过程中对社会实际情况、受教育者的具体实际等联系不足时,也会造成我国思想政治教育的话语解释力不足。交往理论是建立在社会实践的基础上,现实的人以语言符号为媒介在平等的前提下相互沟通,最终实现双方理解、达成共识。借助交往理论来研究思想政治教育话语权构建的问题,可以为其构建提供现实基础,也可以为其构建提供必要原则,还可以丰富它的载体,这不仅有利于提升思想政治教育话语的吸引力,还有利于提升思想政治教育话语权,同时也有利于增强思想政治教育的有效性。因此我们可以在交往视阈中研究思想政治教育话语权构建的问题。在构建思想政治教育话语权的过程中,我们可以通过增强思想政治教育者的理论功底、提升教育者的重视程度,以及培养思想政治教育者的创新能力来提升思想政治教育者的阐释力;可以通过教育者重视受教育者的话语诉求、教育者加强对“教育成果”的关注和实现主体间关系的平等互动来正确处理思想政治教育中主体间的关系;可以通过深入了解受教育者的个体背景、掌握思想政治教育中交往话语的现实背景,进而营造恰当的思想政治教育交往话语语境,转变思想政治教育中的交往方式来预设合理的思想政治教育环境;可以通过坚持以人为本的思想政治教育理念、丰富思想政治教育话语资源以及运用贴近现实的思想政治教育话语,积极应对交往话语中出现的社会问题,合理传递思想政治教育内容;可以通过在思想政治教育中遵循交往的一般性原则、坚守政治性原则来形成符合时代需求的入脑入心的规范的思想政治教育工作。
[Abstract]:The discourse right of ideological and political education plays a vital role in the prosperity and development of the country. However, in today's society, the discourse right of ideological and political education in our country is facing the challenge of foreign ideology because of the profound changes in the environment at home and abroad. The test of the destiny of socialist countries and the influence of deepening reform in China lead to the deconstruction of the discourse right of ideological and political education in our country. In addition, in the past, ideological and political education used a single "preaching" explanation in the process of spreading knowledge and standardizing behavior. This easily leads to differences between ideological and political educators and educatees in terms of the control of speech expression and content, and the unequal relationship between the two sides. When educators do not have enough theoretical knowledge of the developed ideological and political education or do not have a deep understanding of social practice, they will also lack the explanation of their theories, and when educators are explaining the theoretical knowledge, they will not have a good understanding of the actual situation of society. When the specific reality of the educatee is not enough, it will also lead to the lack of discourse explanation of the ideological and political education in our country. The theory of communication is based on social practice, in which real people communicate with each other on the basis of equality in the medium of language symbols, and finally achieve mutual understanding and reach a common understanding. To study the construction of discourse right of ideological and political education with the help of communication theory can provide a realistic foundation for its construction, provide necessary principles for its construction, and enrich its carrier. This is not only conducive to enhancing the appeal of the discourse of ideological and political education, but also conducive to the promotion of the discourse right of ideological and political education, and also conducive to enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Therefore, we can study the construction of discourse right of ideological and political education from the perspective of communication. In the process of constructing the discourse right of ideological and political education, we can enhance the importance of ideological and political education by strengthening the theoretical foundation of ideological and political educators. And to cultivate the innovative ability of ideological and political educators to enhance the explanatory power of ideological and political educators, through which educators can attach importance to the demands of the educatees' discourse. Educators can correctly handle the relationship between subjects in ideological and political education by paying more attention to "educational achievements" and realizing equal interaction between subjects. Grasp the realistic background of the communication discourse in the ideological and political education, and then construct the appropriate discourse context of the ideological and political education communication, change the communication mode in the ideological and political education to presuppose the reasonable ideological and political education environment; By adhering to the idea of ideological and political education based on people, enriching the discourse resources of ideological and political education and using the discourse of ideological and political education close to reality, we can actively deal with the social problems in the discourse of communication. Through following the general principles of communication and adhering to the political principles in ideological and political education, we can form the ideological and political education work which is in accordance with the needs of the times.
