培育和传承优良家风的探索及实践

【摘要】：中华文化历来重视家庭,重视家教,重视家风的传承和培育。优良家风作为中国优秀传统文化的一个重要内容,一直在中国传统家庭、社会、国家建构中发挥着不可取代的作用,伴随着悠久的中华文明延续了几千年时间,优良家风是一个家庭的优秀传统,它通过长辈的言谈身教,以具体文字的家规、家训、家教等,通过家庭成员的身体力行来世代传承。然而,在进入到现代以后,在内忧外患之下,中国在经历若干重大事件、外来文化强力冲击后,危机家风的延续。当下,我们要践行社会主义核心价值观,实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,仍然需要立足于发扬中华民族的优秀传统文化,同时也要与时俱进、综合创新,这其中,优良家风的传承和培育必不可少,因为不管在任何时代,优良家风都处于个人修养、道德文化建设、社会和谐稳定和治国理政的基础位置。本论文以家风研究为起点,通过对优良家风相关概念、内涵的阐释,分析当前家风传承存在的问题及其原因,挖掘优良家风在青少年的成长、党风政风建设、社会文明进步、社会主义核心价值观践行、中华优秀传统文化弘扬中的重要作用,进而探索出培育和传承优良家风的有效途径。本论文的重点在于培育和传承优良家风的途径探索,分别从培育和传承两大方面论述,在培育方面,从国家、社会、家庭三个方面阐述,恰好与社会主义核心价值观三个层面交相呼应;在传承方面,重点是放在学习内容上,包括学习我国优良家风和借鉴国外优秀家庭教育。总之,培育和传承优良家风,不仅有利于现代家庭教育,而且有利于优良党风、政风、社风和国风的建设,更能为中华民族的伟大复兴、中国梦的实现筑牢微观基础。
[Abstract]:Chinese culture has always attached importance to family, family education, family style of heritage and cultivation. As an important part of China's excellent traditional culture, fine family style has been playing an irreplaceable role in the construction of Chinese traditional family, society and country, and has been accompanied by a long history of Chinese civilization for thousands of years. The fine family style is an excellent tradition of a family. It is passed on from generation to generation through the words of the elders, the family rules, the family instructions, the family education, and the practice of the family members. However, after entering the modern era, under the internal and external troubles, China has experienced a number of major events and the continuation of the crisis style after the strong impact of foreign culture. At present, if we want to practice the core values of socialism and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, we still need to base our Chinese Dream on carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, and at the same time, we also need to keep pace with the times and make comprehensive innovations, among which, The inheritance and cultivation of good family style is essential, because no matter at any time, good family style is in the basic position of personal cultivation, moral and cultural construction, social harmony and stability, and the administration of the country. This paper takes the study of home style as the starting point, through the explanation of the concept and connotation of the fine family style, analyzes the problems existing in the inheritance of the family style and its causes, and excavates the growth of the good family style in the youth, the construction of the party and government style, and the progress of social civilization. The practice of socialist core values plays an important role in the promotion of Chinese excellent traditional culture, and an effective way to cultivate and inherit the fine family style is explored. The emphasis of this paper is to explore the ways of cultivating and inheriting the fine family style, respectively from the two aspects of cultivation and inheritance, in terms of cultivation, from the national, social, family three aspects, It coincides with the three levels of socialist core values. In the aspect of inheritance, the emphasis is on the content of study, including learning from the fine family style of our country and drawing lessons from foreign excellent family education. In a word, cultivating and inheriting good family style is not only conducive to modern family education, but also beneficial to the construction of good party style, political style, social style and national style, and can build a solid micro foundation for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the realization of Chinese Dream.
