激励理论在思想政治教育中的应用研究

【摘要】：思想政治教育作为我党的一大政治优势,长期以来肩负着改造人们思想、提升人们认识、引导人们行为的重要任务。我党历来重视思想政治工作,将思想政治教育视为党和国家事业发展的动力源和生命线。在当今社会,经济发展日新月异,社会环境日益开放,人们的思想认识和价值追求呈现出多元化状态,思想政治工作正面临新的挑战。因此,新时期的思想政治教育必须进行方法创新、内容创新和目标创新,实现单向灌输与立体互动相结合、主导教育与多元需求相统一,并更加重视人的全面发展。在这一过程中,用激励理论中的观点、方法指导思想政治教育工作显得尤为必要。激励理论主要被用于管理学中,它们凝聚了古今中外先进学者的思想智慧,重点研究人的思想和行为活动规律,注重对人多层次需求的满足,积极探索能够充分调动人主观能动性的科学方法。将激励理论应用于思想政治教育,有利于加强和改进当前我国思想政治教育工作,是贯彻落实思想政治教育以人为本精神理念的内在要求。本文在对国内外激励理论的研究基础上,将激励理论与当今思想政治教育建立联系,分析了适用于思想政治教育的激励方法,探讨了优化激励效果的现实途径,力争为增强新时期思想政治教育工作的实效性提供有益借鉴。本文具体分为四个部分:第一部分:阐释了激励的概念,并对我国古代的激励思想、我党的激励理论,以及中西方管理学、心理学中较为有影响力的激励理论作了系统介绍,为本课题的研究奠定了理论基础。第二部分:论述了激励理论应用于思想政治教育的重要意义。从明确教学目标、挖掘人的潜能、营造良好氛围、改善教学关系、增强学科吸引力五个方面,分析了激励理论在思想政治教育中所能发挥的作用。第三部分:在激励理论的指导下,探讨了适用于思想政治教育的激励方法及其运用原则。第四部分:对于激励理论应用于思想政治教育过程中要注意的问题作了系统分析,并针对性地提出了增强激励效果的优化策略。
[Abstract]:As a major political advantage of our Party, ideological and political education has long been shouldering the important task of reforming people's thoughts, promoting people's understanding and guiding people's behavior. Our Party has always attached great importance to ideological and political work and regarded ideological and political education as the power source and lifeline for the development of the cause of the Party and the country. In today's society, the economy is developing with each passing day, the social environment is opening day by day, people's ideological cognition and value pursue present the pluralistic state, the ideological and political work is facing the new challenge. Therefore, the ideological and political education in the new period must carry on the method innovation, the content innovation and the goal innovation, realizes unidirectional instillation and the three-dimensional interaction, the dominant education and the multivariate demand unifies, and pays more attention to the person's all-round development. In this process, it is necessary to guide the ideological and political education with the viewpoint of motivation theory. Incentive theory is mainly used in management science, which condenses the ideological wisdom of advanced scholars in ancient and modern countries, focuses on studying the law of people's thought and behavior, and pays attention to the satisfaction of people's multi-level needs. Actively explore scientific methods that can fully mobilize the subjective initiative of human beings. The application of incentive theory to ideological and political education is conducive to strengthening and improving the current ideological and political education in our country, and is the internal requirement of carrying out the ideological and political education based on people-oriented spirit. On the basis of the research on the motivation theory at home and abroad, this paper establishes the relation between the incentive theory and the ideological and political education, analyzes the incentive methods suitable for the ideological and political education, and probes into the practical ways to optimize the incentive effect. Strive to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the new period to provide useful reference. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part: it explains the concept of motivation, and introduces the ancient inspiration thought of our country, the incentive theory of our party, as well as the more influential incentive theory in Chinese and western management, psychology. It lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this subject. The second part discusses the significance of the application of incentive theory in ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the role of motivation theory in ideological and political education from five aspects: clear teaching goal, excavate human potential, create good atmosphere, improve teaching relationship and enhance subject attraction. The third part: under the guidance of the incentive theory, the paper discusses the motivation method and its application principle suitable for ideological and political education. The fourth part: this paper makes a systematic analysis of the problems that should be paid attention to in the application of incentive theory in the process of ideological and political education, and puts forward the optimization strategy to enhance the incentive effect.
