征地型社区思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：思想政治教育是维护社会政治稳定、促进社会政治发展的主要手段,社区是社会管理的基础性单元,中国社区建设和社区发展需要思想政治教育参与其中。征地型社区作为新兴社区的组织形式,其建设和管理离不开思想政治教育工作,将征地型社区建设与居民的现代化、市民化充分结合起来,切实提高社区思想政治教育工作的实效性、科学性,对建设和谐社会、强化党的群众基础至关重要。本论文由五部分构成:第一部分:绪论。对征地型社区思想政治教育研究领域的国内外研究成果进行归纳,明确本文的创新点和存在的困难,使本文的研究背景和研究意义更加明确。第二部分:征地型社区与思想政治教育概述。对征地型社区、"农转非"居民、社区思想政治教育等基本概念进行梳理和界定。第三部分:征地型社区思想政治教育现状、问题及存在原因。对四川省城镇化建设中的三个征地型社区进行实地调研,通过观察、访谈、资料搜集等方法,总结归纳征地型社区思想政治教育的现状及存在的问题,并深入分析其原因。第四部分:强化征地型社区思想政治教育效果的几点对策。针对征地型社区思想政治教育中出现的问题,提出几点对策,就完善社区思想政治的领导机制与工作机制、加强专兼职相结合的思想政治教育教育队伍建设、优化社区思想政治教育文化环境、将思想政治教育与征地型社区现实问题的紧密结合及借鉴国内城市社区思想政治教育的先进经验五个方面提出建议,以期能够强化思想政治教育在社区具体工作中的实效性。第五部分:结论及展望。在可预见的未来,征地型社区建设能够与社区思想政治教育工作密切结合、共同发展,居民的素质也必将有质的提升。政府职能转变的过程中,社区及各类社会组织功能趋向于多元化,党和国家引导方式也将发生巨大变化。在社区生活中,人民群众自已将越来越凸显出主人翁角色的作用,积极做好基础性思想引导工作,特别是做好征地型社区这类新兴社会组织的思想意识工作,对于加快促进失地农民市民化、促进人的全面发展具有重要的现实意义,对于巩固中国共产党的执政地位、建设和谐社会、实现"两个一百年"目标至关重要的。
[Abstract]:Ideological and political education is the main means to maintain social political stability and promote social and political development. Community is the basic unit of social management. Chinese community construction and community development need the participation of ideological and political education. As an organization form of new community, the construction and management of land expropriation community can not be separated from ideological and political education work. It is of great importance to improve the effectiveness and scientific nature of the ideological and political education in the community to build a harmonious society and strengthen the mass foundation of the Party. This paper consists of five parts: the first part: introduction. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research achievements in the field of land expropriation community ideological and political education, clarifies the innovation and difficulties of this paper, and makes the research background and research significance more clear. The second part: land expropriation community and ideological and political education. The basic concepts of land expropriation community, the residents of land expropriation, the community ideological and political education and so on are sorted out and defined. The third part: land-expropriated community ideological and political education status, problems and reasons. Through field investigation of three land-expropriated communities in the construction of urbanization in Sichuan Province, the present situation and existing problems of ideological and political education in land-expropriated communities are summarized by means of observation, interview and data collection, and their causes are analyzed in depth. The fourth part: strengthen the land-expropriated community ideological and political education effect of several countermeasures. In view of the problems in ideological and political education in land-expropriated communities, this paper puts forward several countermeasures to improve the leadership and working mechanism of ideological and political education in communities, and to strengthen the construction of ideological and political education teams combined with full-time and part-time work. To optimize the cultural environment of community ideological and political education, to combine the ideological and political education with the realistic problems of land-expropriated community, and to draw lessons from the advanced experience of ideological and political education in urban communities in China. In order to strengthen the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the specific work of the community. Part five: conclusion and prospect. In the foreseeable future, the construction of land-expropriated community can be closely combined with the ideological and political education in the community, and the quality of the residents will be improved qualitatively. In the process of the transformation of government functions, the functions of community and social organizations tend to be diversified, and the guiding mode of the Party and the state will also change greatly. In community life, the people themselves will play a more and more important role as masters, and actively do a good job in guiding basic ideas, especially in the ideological and ideological work of newly emerging social organizations such as land-expropriated communities. It is of great practical significance to accelerate the urbanization of landless peasants and to promote the all-round development of people. It is of great importance to consolidate the ruling position of the Communist Party of China, to build a harmonious society and to realize the goal of "two hundred years".
