霍尔的编码解码理论视域下的中国社会主流价值观建设

【摘要】：斯图亚特·霍尔的编码解码理论对于新形势下中国社会思想文化建设具有重要醒示作用。推进社会主义主流价值观建设,不仅要注重编码环节的理论建构,确保传播内容符合大众风格,同时还要注重理论传播的载体和方式,最为关键的是理论实现环节必须突出大众主体地位,符合大众主体意识,保障大众主体利益。吸收编码解码理论的有益启示,建立系统科学的编码、传播和解码工作机制,强化思想文化价值引导,最大限度地争取社会共识,对于当下以国家意识形态为核心的主流价值观建设具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:Stuart Hall's theory of encoding and decoding plays an important role in the construction of Chinese social ideology and culture under the new situation. To promote the construction of mainstream socialist values, we should not only pay attention to the theoretical construction of coding links and ensure that the content of communication conforms to the popular style, but also pay attention to the carrier and mode of theoretical communication. The most important thing is that the realization of the theory must emphasize the status of the mass subject, accord with the consciousness of the public subject, and guarantee the interests of the public subject. To absorb the beneficial enlightenment from the theory of coding and decoding, to establish a systematic and scientific working mechanism of coding, spreading and decoding, to strengthen the guidance of ideological and cultural values, and to strive for social consensus to the maximum extent. For the current national ideology as the core of the construction of mainstream values has an important significance.
