思想政治教育融入企业人力资源管理的理论与实践研究

【摘要】:在全面建设小康社会,全面深化改革,全面推进依法治国,全面从严治党的时代背景下,思想政治教育工作的内容有了进一步的创新,同时企业中的思想政治工作内涵及外延取得了不断拓展,现代思想政治在社会经济、企业管理方面所发挥的作用日益显现。人力资源管理这一管理方法于上世纪八十年代传入我国并迅速取得发展,人力资源管理共经过管理科学、技术管理、人本管理三个发展阶段,管理科学提出的“经济人”假设日益暴露出纯工具式管理的局限性;技术管理虽是一种显性的管理方式,但是其仍然存在无法深入了解企业员工内心思想状态、人际关系、情绪等行为背后的隐形因素;人本管理的提出可以有效弥补上述管理方式存在的缺陷,昭示着现代企业管理的人性化方向和企业文化的价值取向。以人为本的企业思想政治工作与人本管理的企业人力资源工作相融合是现代企业生产和组织运作的必然趋势。 本文是首先介绍了研究思想政治教育与企业人力资源管理相融合的背景、目的及其研究意义,并对国内外相关文献做了简要的综述。其次,分别对企业中的思想政治教育和企业人力资源管理的含义及其作用进行了界定,在此基础上对二者相融合的理念及二者相融合的部分进行了详细阐述。再次,在相关理论研究的基础上,,选取河北省衡水市德远信息系统集成有限公司为调研对象,深入企业实际了解当前企业的思想政治教育和人力资源管理的现状及二者融合中所存在的问题。最后,在综合分析企业中的思想政治教育和企业中的人力资源管理的理论状况和现实状况的基础上,提出思想政治教育融入企业人力资源管理的主要措施。希望通过本论文的研究,能够对以后思想政治教育与人力资源管理二者有效融合方面的研究起到积极地作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of building a well-off society in an all-round way, deepening reform in an all-round way, comprehensively promoting the rule of law and administering the party strictly, the content of ideological and political education has been further innovated. At the same time, the connotation and extension of ideological and political work in enterprises have been continuously expanded, and the role of modern ideological and political work in social economy and enterprise management is becoming increasingly apparent. The management method of human resource management was introduced into our country in the eighties of last century and developed rapidly. The human resource management has gone through three stages of development: management science, technology management and human-oriented management. The hypothesis of "economic man" put forward by management science has exposed the limitation of pure tool management. Although technology management is a dominant mode of management, there are still hidden factors behind the behavior of employees, such as their inner state of mind, interpersonal relationship, emotion and so on. The humanism management can effectively make up for the defects of the above management mode, which shows the humanized direction of modern enterprise management and the value orientation of enterprise culture. The integration of people-oriented ideological and political work and human resource management is the inevitable trend of modern enterprise production and organizational operation. This paper first introduces the background, purpose and significance of the integration of ideological and political education and enterprise human resource management, and makes a brief review of the relevant literature at home and abroad. Secondly, the meaning and function of ideological and political education and human resource management in enterprises are defined, and the concepts and parts of the integration of the two are elaborated in detail. Thirdly, on the basis of relevant theoretical research, we select Hengshui Deyuan Information system Integration Co., Ltd. as the research object. The present situation of ideological and political education and human resource management in enterprises and the problems existing in the integration of the two are deeply understood. Finally, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the ideological and political education in enterprises and the theoretical and practical situation of human resource management in enterprises, the main measures of integrating ideological and political education into human resources management of enterprises are put forward. It is hoped that through the research of this thesis, it will play a positive role in the future research on the effective integration of ideological and political education and human resource management.
