关于时代精神三种表述的分辨与重述

【摘要】：社会主义核心价值体系的基本内容是社会主义精神文明建设这个视阈的广义时代精神。其基本内容中各个层次的任何一个层次都是中义的时代精神。作为与"民族精神"等并列的特指为在改革开放以来的实践中所形成的中义"时代精神"的内容,目前不统一的仍属带有探索性的概述有三个版本(第一个版本是中共中央宣传部组织编写的《社会主义核心价值体系学习读本》、第二个版本是中宣部组织专家审定的马工程重点教材《思想道德修养与法律基础》、第三个版本是中宣部组织专家审定的马工程重点教材《毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系相概论》)。这就需要对三个版本表述的"时代精神"的内容作比较分辨。既需要从作为一般意谓的价值观构成的基本内容各层次与社会主义核心价值体系构成的基本内容各层次的比较中来作分析或评价,又需要明晰一个学理逻辑前提,即必须将它们放置作为"价值规范"这个层次系列来作分析或评价。通过对三个版本的研究,核定真正属于"时代精神"的内容并在此基础上对"时代精神"试作的概述。即,以改革创新为核心的开放竞争、勇于争先、自由平等、公正法治的时代精神。关于社会主义核心价值体系的基本内容与从中凝练的社会主义核心价值观的基本内容,都主张应当确定为七个层次,鉴于对"时代精神"的凝练已有"自由平等、公正法治"两个关键词,而对"民族精神"的已有凝练只有"爱国敬业"一个关键词,因而将"创新争先"视为广义的民族精神的重要内容,同时又可视为时代精神的核心内容,即具有二重内容的意谓。
[Abstract]:The basic content of socialist core value system is the broad age spirit of socialist spiritual civilization construction. Every level of its basic content is the spirit of the times. As a special reference to the "spirit of the times" formed in the practice of reform and opening up since the beginning of the reform and opening up, At present, there are still three versions of the disunified overview. (the first version is the "study Book of the Socialist Core value system", which was compiled by the propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee. " The second edition is "ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis", a key textbook for Ma Engineering, which was approved by experts organized by the propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee. The third edition is an introduction to Mao Zedong thought and the theoretical system of Socialism with Chinese characteristics. This needs to compare the three versions of the "spirit of the times" content. It is necessary not only to analyze or evaluate from the comparison between the basic content of the value system as a general meaning and the basic content of the socialist core value system, but also to clarify a theoretical and logical premise. That is, they must be placed as a hierarchy of value norms for analysis or evaluation. Through the study of the three versions, the contents of the "spirit of the times" are verified and summarized on the basis of the contents of the "spirit of the times". That is, the spirit of open competition with reform and innovation as the core, courage to compete, freedom and equality, justice and rule of law. Regarding the basic content of the socialist core value system and the basic content of the socialist core values condensed from it, both advocate that it should be defined as seven levels, in view of the fact that the condensing of the "spirit of the times" has "freedom and equality," "just rule of law" two keywords, and the "national spirit" has been condensed only "patriotic dedication" one keyword, so "innovation vanguard" as a broad sense of the national spirit of the important content, At the same time, it can be regarded as the core content of the spirit of the times, that is, the meaning of double content.
