公共文明建设及其担当者——青少年社会教育的现代转向

【摘要】:随着时代与科技的发展,人类公共空间日益扩展,公共文明建设已经成为世界文明的重要部分。以系统论与过程论的立场,把握公共文明及其建设的现代内涵极为必要。公共文明建设的时空已经或正在从个体(修养)、族群(共生)、国家(共荣)向全人类(和平共处)拓展,以"承认他者、尊重他者"为核心理念的公共文明建设,将成为人类和平共处、互利共赢的基本保证。笔者以为,公共文明相关理念与思维方式的传播要从娃娃抓起,其关键在于构建一种制度性的文化环境,使一代又一代的青少年认知认同公共文明的现代内涵,并自觉地以之作为应对与处理公共性问题的理念与思维方式。
[Abstract]:With the development of times and science and technology, human public space is expanding day by day, and the construction of public civilization has become an important part of world civilization. It is necessary to grasp the modern connotation of public civilization and its construction from the standpoint of system theory and process theory. The time and space of public civilization construction has expanded from individual (cultivation), ethnic group (symbiosis) and state (co-prosperity) to all mankind (peaceful coexistence). The construction of public civilization with the core concept of "recognizing the other and respecting the other" will become the basic guarantee for human beings to coexist peacefully and win-win. The author thinks that the key to the spread of the related ideas and modes of thinking of public civilization is to construct an institutional cultural environment so that generations of teenagers recognize the modern connotation of public civilization and consciously regard it as the idea and mode of thinking to deal with and deal with public problems.
