新世纪俄语对外推广政策及其对汉语海外推广的启示

【摘要】：进入新世纪,随着俄罗斯国力逐渐恢复,语言政策问题重又被提上议程。俄罗斯把俄语对外推广提升至国家战略层面,通过法律制定,政府扶持等措施,加强推广力度,提升俄语的国际地位。同时,俄语对外推广过程中的一些经验对汉语的海外推广有所启发,值得借鉴。
[Abstract]:In the new century, with the gradual restoration of Russia's national strength, the issue of language policy has been put on the agenda again. Russia promotes the Russian language abroad to the national strategic level, strengthens the promotion dynamics through the law formulation, the government support and so on, enhances the Russian international status. At the same time, some experiences in the process of Russian promotion abroad are instructive to the overseas promotion of Chinese.
