语境视角下的川端康成作品的汉译研究

【摘要】：翻译的语境化问题已成为近年翻译研究的一个理论热点,翻译、尤其是文学翻译必受语境制约已成为译界的共识。近年来,有数篇论文从语境的视角对文学作品的翻译进行研究,而从语境角度论述日本文学汉译的相关文献还不多见。川端康成是日本近现代的著名作家,他在继承日本民族的文化传统精神的基础之上,创造了川端文学之美。《伊豆的舞女》和《雪国》分别是其早期和中期的代表作品,两部作品集中体现了川端康成文学丰富的思想性、深厚的美学意蕴和表现力度。两部作品在我国的汉译本也较多,以语境理论来研究川端康成作品的翻译,不仅能将日语与汉语的语域进行匹配,而且也将语境的变量也翻译出来,以达到意义上的等值的翻译效果。本文从语境理论这个视角,以《伊豆的舞女》和《雪国》这两部川端康成的原作及其汉译本作为研究对象,进行分析研究。从而探讨川端康成作品汉译时语境分析的必要性,并且探讨基于语境理论翻译川端康成作品时的翻译原则与策略。本文构成如下。第一章阐述了选题的缘由和意义以及研究对象、研究方法。第二章,对《伊豆的舞女》和《雪国》汉译的研究成果进行了概括和归纳,说明了本论文的研究立场。第三章,对语境理论中语境概念、框架、语境与文学翻译的关联性等研究成果进行了概括归纳,简要介绍了川端康成作品的汉译研究情况。第四章,基于语境的翻译视角,从文章的上下文、语用环境、译者的个人语境和时代社会语境这四个纬度,以取得最大化的等值效果为标准,对比分析对《伊豆的舞女》和《雪国》的各汉译本的翻译处理效果,以此揭示语境对于指导日本文学汉译实践的重要作用。第五章,总结出了川端康成作品汉译时相应的翻译原则与翻译策略的一些拙见。第六章,概括了文论文的主要结论,阐述了笔者今后需要研究的工作。本文通过上述研究得出以下结论:文学作品中的词义都是语境意义,都是在具体的上下文、语用环境中生成的,并与译者的个人语用环境、社会与时代的语用环境密不可分。文学作品中意义的重现,言外之意的传达、以及人物形象的忠实再现,都离不开对作品的语用环境的准确把握。译者个人语境存在差异,也会对文学作品的理解和表达产生影响。翻译作品时,需要对作品所反映的时代、特定社会的历史、文化传统、习俗风尚等尽可能了解,这有助于最大化的翻译出等值的优秀文学作品。
[Abstract]:The contextualization of translation has become a hot topic in translation studies in recent years. Translation, especially literary translation, is bound to be restricted by context, which has become a consensus in the field of translation. In recent years, several papers have studied the translation of literary works from the perspective of context, but few papers have discussed the translation of Japanese literature from the perspective of context. Kawabata Yasunari is a famous writer in modern Japan. On the basis of inheriting the traditional and cultural spirit of the Japanese nation, Kawabata created the beauty of Kawabata's literature. The two works embody the rich ideological content, deep aesthetic implication and performance of Kawabata Yasunari literature. There are also many Chinese translations of the two works in China. To study the translation of Kawabata Yasunari's works based on context theory can not only match the register of Japanese and Chinese, but also translate the variables of context. In order to achieve a sense of equivalent translation effect. From the perspective of context theory, this paper makes an analysis and research on the original works and their Chinese translations of the dancers of Yidou and the State of Snow. This paper probes into the necessity of contextual analysis in translating Kawabata Yasunari's works into Chinese, and discusses the translation principles and strategies of translating Kawabata Yasunari's works based on context theory. The composition of this paper is as follows. The first chapter describes the reason and significance of the topic, as well as the research object and research methods. In the second chapter, the author generalizes and generalizes the research results of the Chinese translation of Dancing Girl of Yidou and Snow State, and explains the research standpoint of this thesis. Chapter three summarizes the research results of context concept, framework, context and literary translation, and briefly introduces the research situation of Kawabata Yasunari's works in Chinese translation. Chapter four, from the perspective of context-based translation, from the perspective of context, pragmatic context, personal context and social context of the translator, is based on the criterion of maximizing the equivalent effect. This paper makes a contrastive analysis of the translation effects of the dancers of Yidou and the Chinese versions of Snow State in order to reveal the important role of context in guiding the Chinese translation practice of Japanese literature. The fifth chapter summarizes the translation principles and translation strategies of Kawabata Yasunari's works. The sixth chapter summarizes the main conclusions of the paper, and expounds the author's future research work. This paper draws the following conclusions: the meaning of words in literary works is contextual meaning, which is generated in specific context and pragmatic environment, and is closely related to the translator's personal pragmatic environment and the pragmatic environment of the society and the times. The reproduction of meaning, the conveyance of implicature and the faithful representation of characters in literary works are all inseparable from the accurate grasp of the pragmatic environment of the works. The differences in the translator's personal context also affect the understanding and expression of literary works. When translating works, we need to know as much as possible about the times, the history of a particular society, the cultural traditions, customs, etc, which will help to maximize the translation of outstanding literary works of equal value.
