武汉市少儿武术培训市场：成就、问题及对策

【摘要】：“少年强,则国强”,少儿武术培训对提高少儿健康和传播武术文化都有促进作用。伴随着《体育产业发展“十三五”规划》中明确对“体育培训业为重点行业”的提出,极大地推动少儿武术培训市场的发展。但武汉市少儿武术培训市场在快速发展的背后是否存在制约健康发展的问题?本研通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地考察法、访谈法、数理统计法等,对武汉市少儿武术培训市场发展的基本情况入手,进行多层面的分析研究,找出发展存在的问题,并提出适宜的发展对策。发现问题:(1)场地设施配置不完善,注册资金少,规模局限性较强,与少儿相匹配器械配备欠缺;(2)教学内容单一,武术德育、文化教育开展不足;(3)武汉市少儿武术培训市场缺少相关管理部门;(4)机构经营管理体制缺乏;(5)推广策略单一和滞后,存在一定局限性;(6)各机构间交流少,缺乏相关联盟机构;(7)人员配置不完善,经营人才欠缺,教练员专业技术与文化水平失衡,缺乏双能型人才;(8)家长对武术认知观念陈旧,参与培训机构学员性别比例严重失衡。提出对策:(1)进一步完善机构的硬件设施配备,合理规划武术机构设施布局;(2)机构经营结构多元化,积极发展相关产品,提升服务质量。(3)丰富教学内容,加强武德、文化教育;(4)以市场为主导,政府扶持,加强监督,规范发展;(5)组建机构内部联盟,进行活动交流;(6)细化市场,完善拓展推广途径,做到“服务质量多层次,服务价格多档次”;(7)加强管理人员和教练员的专业技能和文化素养;(8)响应政府政策,寻求馆与校合作,积极拓宽市场。
[Abstract]:Children's martial arts training can promote children's health and spread martial arts culture. Along with the development of sports industry in the 13th Five-Year Plan, it is clear that "sports training industry is the key industry", which greatly promotes the development of children's martial arts training market. However, is there a problem of restricting the healthy development of Wuhan children's martial arts training market behind the rapid development? Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, field investigation, interview, mathematical statistics, and so on, this research proceeds with the basic situation of the development of Wuhan children's martial arts training market, carries on the multi-level analysis research, and finds out the problems existing in the development. And put forward the suitable development countermeasure. We find that the venue and facilities are not perfect, the registered funds are small, the scale is limited, the equipment matching with children is lacking) the teaching content is single, and the martial arts moral education. The lack of cultural education in Wuhan children's martial arts training market is lack of relevant management departments, the lack of management system, lack of promotion strategy is single and lag, there are some limitations, there is no communication among different organizations. Lack of related alliance organization: imperfect staffing, lack of management talents, imbalance of professional technology and culture level of coaches, lack of dual-ability talents, parents' outdated cognition of Wushu, and serious imbalance of gender ratio of participants in training institutions. Put forward countermeasures: 1) further improve the hardware facilities of the organization, rationally plan the layout of the facilities of the martial arts institutions, and rationally plan the layout of the facilities of the martial arts institutions; diversify the management structure of the institutions; actively develop the related products; improve the quality of service; enrich the teaching content; strengthen the martial arts; Culture and education are dominated by the market, supported by the government, strengthened supervision, standardized development and the formation of internal alliances, activities and exchanges to refine the market, perfect and expand the way of promotion, and achieve "multi-level service quality."
