基层护士评职称可用工作总结等替代论文

【摘要】：正近日,人社部发布《关于加强基层专业技术人才队伍建设的意见》,其中再次强调:基层专业技术人才评定职称时,外语和计算机能力不作要求,评职称更注重实践、业绩和年限,可用能够体现专业技术工作业绩和水平的工作总结、病历、专利成果等替代论文。要点提示:克服唯学历、唯论文等倾向,提高履行岗位职责的实践能力、工作业绩、工作年限等评价权重。基层专业技术人才参加职称评审时外语和计算机应用能力可不作要求。
[Abstract]:Recently, the Ministry of Human and Social Affairs issued "opinions on strengthening the Construction of Professional and Technical personnel at the Grass-roots", in which it was stressed once again that when professional and technical personnel at the grass-roots level assess their professional titles, foreign language and computer skills are not required, and the evaluation of professional titles pays more attention to practice. Achievements and years, can be reflected in professional and technical work performance and level of work summary, medical records, patent results and other alternative papers.
