【摘要】：正土地制度是农村的基础制度,它不仅对土地资源配置及其效率具有重大影响,而且对农村社会稳定和社会公平正义具有重大影响。农村宅基地制度是农村土地制度中的一个极其重要的组成部分,现行的农村宅基地制度为我国工业化发展、农民安居乐业、农村社会稳定发挥了重要的历史作用。然而,随着中国社会转型发展,农村宅基地使用现状与城乡统筹发展越来越不相适应,并给农民福利带来不利影响,成为一个亟需解决的问题。因此,如何在农村土地制度已有改革经验的基础上,进一步
[Abstract]:The real land system is the basic system in rural areas, which not only has a significant impact on the allocation of land resources and its efficiency.
