【摘要】：正海洋约占地球表面积的71%,而任何国家管辖范围以外的国际海域(公海)总面积约为2.517亿平方千米,约占地球表面积的49%,是地球上最大的具有特殊法律地位的政治地理单元;国际海域的海底蕴藏着多种自然资源,是地球上尚未被人类充分认识和开发利用的潜在战略资源基地。同时国际海域多半位于深海,在地球科学、生命科学、环境科学等许多领域具有重大的科学研究价值。"蛟龙"号于2012年7月在马里亚纳海沟试验海区创造了下潜7062米的中国载人深潜纪录,同时也创造了世界同类作业型潜水器的最大下潜深度纪录,实现了我国深海技术发展的新突破和

" In July 2012, the Jiaolong set a record of 7062 meters deep dive in China in the Mariana Trench test area, and also set the maximum depth of diving for similar operational submersibles in the world. The new breakthrough in the development of deep-sea technology in China has been realized.
