学术期刊影响力及其评价指标体系的构建

【摘要】：学术期刊的影响力是一个关涉学术期刊学术影响力、社会实践影响力和读者、社会认可度等多方面因素的复杂现象,是某一学术期刊以学术水平、学术特色为根本,社会信誉度与读者认可度为标志所体现出来的一种综合性效果。近年来对包括学术影响力在内的学术期刊质量评估的研究成果不少,但观点仍存在较大分歧。一个科学、合理和可行的学术期刊影响力评价指标体系,起码应包括学术期刊的学术影响力、社会影响力和读者、社会认可度三项指标。评价学术期刊影响力,应正确认识和把握好学术论文质量与学术期刊影响力、影响因子与学术期刊影响力、核心期刊与学术期刊影响力、传播方式与学术期刊影响力等关系,坚持以定量评价为基础、定量评价与定性评价相结合的方法。
[Abstract]:The influence of academic journals is a complex phenomenon related to many factors, such as academic influence, social practice influence, readers, social acceptance and so on. It is a complex phenomenon that a certain academic journal is based on academic level and academic characteristics.Social reputation and reader recognition as the symbol of a comprehensive effect.In recent years, there have been a lot of researches on the quality assessment of academic journals, including academic influence, but there are still some differences of views.A scientific, reasonable and feasible index system for evaluating the influence of academic journals should include at least three indexes: academic influence, social influence, readers and social recognition.To evaluate the influence of academic journals, we should correctly understand and grasp the relationships between the quality of academic papers and the influence of academic journals, the influence of influencing factors and the influence of academic journals, the influence of core journals and academic journals, the mode of communication and the influence of academic journals.Adhere to the quantitative evaluation as the basis, quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation combined with the method.
