评价与被评价:当下学术期刊学术功能异化的一个视角

【摘要】：学术期刊作为学术成果的载体具有学术评价的功能,同时又是被评价的对象。然而功利学术的泛滥,使其正常的学术评价功能逐渐丧失;又由于期刊评价机构的深度介入,使学术期刊的竞争失去了公平理性的学术环境。学术期刊界应当充分利用网络化、数字化的手段,通过集约化经营,整体提升学术实力,促使现行期刊评价制度作出调整。
[Abstract]:As the carrier of academic achievements, academic journals have the function of academic evaluation and are also the object of evaluation.However, with the proliferation of utilitarian learning, its normal function of academic evaluation is gradually lost, and the competition of academic journals loses its fair and rational academic environment because of the deep involvement of periodical evaluation institutions.The academic periodical circle should make full use of the means of network and digitization, through intensive management, promote the academic strength as a whole and promote the adjustment of the current periodical evaluation system.
