电影作为教育——对坦桑尼亚电影发展的一种观察

【摘要】:近年来,坦桑尼亚成为中非影视合作的桥头堡。坦桑尼亚电影业的教化传统、教育功能是其发生、发展、演变的显著特点。殖民时期,英国殖民者严格控制坦桑尼亚的电影业,专注拍摄教育坦桑民众安分守己的电影;独立后,尼雷尔政府把电影当作公共教育的手段,强调教育民众自给自足;实施新自由主义经济后,录像电影获得了长效发展,拓展了以往电影既定的教育空间。坦桑尼亚要打造属于自己的"邦戈坞"(Bongowood),仍面临着从业人员素养不高、盗版现象屡禁不止、外来资本把控市场等问题,开拓电影教育的国际合作、提高从业人员的专业素养、提高普罗大众的素养教育,是未来发展壮大的关键。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Tanzania has become a bridgehead for film and television cooperation between China and Africa. The educational function of the Tanzanian film industry is a remarkable feature of its emergence, development and evolution. During the colonial period, the British colonists strictly controlled Tanzania's film industry. After independence, the Nyerere government used the film as a means of public education and emphasized the education of people to be self-sufficient. After the implementation of the neoliberal economy, the video film achieved long-term development. It has expanded the established educational space of previous films. To create its own "Bongow" Bongowoodo, Tanzania still faces problems such as low quality of its employees, repeated piracy, and control of the market by foreign capital. The key to the future development is to develop the international cooperation of film education, to improve the professional quality of the practitioners and to improve the literacy education of the general public.
