中非影视合作:路径、问题与对策——以坦桑尼亚为例

【摘要】：坦桑尼亚是中非影视合作的桥头堡,以坦桑尼亚为例,可管窥中非影视交流与合作的发展路径和未来方向。20世纪60年代以来中坦影视合作经历了技术援助、影片放映、译制配音、数字运营等四种路径,逐步由服务外交向产业合作方向发展。整体上,中坦影视交流存在着免费赠送、暂无合作拍摄、难以深度融合等问题,未来应继续拓展驻外机构、商业院线、合拍项目等合作路径。
[Abstract]:Tanzania is a bridgehead for Sino-African film and television cooperation. Taking Tanzania as an example, we can see the development path and future direction of China-Africa film and television exchanges and cooperation. Since the 1960s, Sino-Tanzanian film and television cooperation has experienced technical assistance. Translation dubbing, digital operation, gradually from service diplomacy to the direction of industrial cooperation. On the whole, there are some problems in the communication between China and Tanzania, such as free gift, no cooperative shooting, difficulty in deep integration, and so on. In the future, we should continue to expand the cooperative paths such as overseas agencies, commercial academies, and co-production projects.
