医疗类纪录片《人间世》的创作特征与价值导向

【摘要】：医疗类纪录片《人间世》一经播出便引发社会广泛热议。作为一部关注中国医患关系的纪录片,《人间世》通过构建医院这个社会矛盾集中体现的标本,刻画了真实的医患关系,展现了真实的人间世态。本文通过叙述策略、表述方式、摄制手法和表现手段对其创作特征进行阐释,同时从医生、患者、医患和医疗4个方面反映其深刻的价值导向。
[Abstract]:Once the medical documentary, the World of the World, was broadcast, it caused widespread social debate. As a documentary about the relationship between doctors and patients in China, the Human World depicts the real doctor-patient relationship and shows the real world state by constructing the specimen embodied in the social contradiction of the hospital. This paper interprets its creative characteristics through the narrative strategy, presentation, filming techniques and means of expression. At the same time, it reflects its profound value orientation from four aspects: doctors, patients, doctors and patients, and medical treatment.
