【摘要】：正长篇电视剧《人民的名义》在播出的过程中以及热播之后,点赞追捧者众,好评热议者多,搭车借势、戏仿搞笑者随后也纷至沓来,促成了一个文化现象的滥觞与形成。这个由一部电视剧的热播而引发的文化现象,姑且可被称之为"《名义》现象"。何谓现象?古今说法不一,中外解释不同。即便在相近、相邻的学术领域中,现象的所指也是有差异的。在现象学的视阈下,现象是介于表象与本质之间的一种存在。较之于事物的表象,现象具有
