非物质文化遗产保护与当代乡村社区发展——以鲁中地区“惠民泥塑”“昌邑烧大牛”为实例

【摘要】：非物质文化遗产保护是当今世界性的热点话题之一。在传统社会向现代社会、后现代社会发展的全球性趋势下,关注基层社区的文化和价值观,采取积极行动促进其文化遗产的保护、传承和发展,不仅能使地方民众受益,同时也有助于促进人类文化多样性,并推动地方文化资源转化为普惠全人类的共同文化财富。非物质文化遗产保护的"东亚经验",以及中国10年来的相关保护工作,特别是鲁中地区保护两项非物质文化遗产的社区实践表明:当代非物质文化遗产保护的前景在于融入乡村社区的可持续发展;非物质文化遗产的保护,与国家基层社会治理是一种互益互补的关系;顺应当代城镇化急速发展的社会态势,在乡村社区、特别是城乡结合部社区,促进"城乡民俗连续体"的良性重构意义重大。
[Abstract]:The protection of intangible cultural heritage is one of the hot topics in the world today. Under the global trend of the development from traditional society to modern society and post-modern society, we pay attention to the culture and values of grass-roots communities. Positive action to promote the protection, inheritance and development of their cultural heritage not only benefits local populations, but also contributes to the promotion of human cultural diversity. And to promote the transformation of local cultural resources into the common cultural wealth of all mankind, the "East Asian experience" in the protection of intangible cultural heritage, and the related protection work in China over the past 10 years. In particular, the community practice of protecting two intangible cultural heritage in central Shandong shows that: the prospect of contemporary intangible cultural heritage protection lies in the sustainable development of integrating into rural communities; The protection of intangible cultural heritage is a mutually beneficial and complementary relationship with national grass-roots social governance. In accordance with the rapid development of contemporary urbanization, it is of great significance to promote the benign reconstruction of "urban and rural folklore continuum" in rural communities, especially in urban-rural communities.
