传统雕漆工艺的现代应用

【摘要】：雕漆文化延续了千年而美丽依旧，表明传统的雕漆工艺深受国人喜爱。但传统雕漆工艺技艺繁难，在当代自由竞争型的市场环境下，雕漆面临着市场日渐萎缩、人才匮乏的困境。在手工业面临危机的窘境之下，雕漆迫切需要进行现代表现形式方面的尝试。在将传统技艺精髓传承下去的同时，更需要创作出融入了时代特色、能为更广泛人群接受的现代雕漆作品。对于传统与现代融合的这门功课，日本这个与中国同处亚洲但设计水平一流的国家思考得更为深刻：日本经过短暂的30年时间，在20世纪初时已经完成了产业革命，但直到21世纪初期，日本的现代设计仍然以模仿西方为主，走得并不成功。经过反思，，日本设计师认识到体现民族特点的设计才是具有生命力的设计，融合传统的设计营造出来的是精神的、历史的、温熙的画面，相比较生硬的工业产品更加符合东方人的审美，以柳宗理为代表的设计大师们所设计的作品，达到了商品化后仍然是艺术品的比较理想的状态，既保留了传统的意境也符合时代的潮流。现代设计主张功能和审美的完美融合，雕漆文具可以兼具实用和欣赏两种功能；体量适于小批量生产，能够相对减少工时降低成本。雕漆现代文具定位于艺术创造，而非制造，传统技艺与现代设计的融合具备了产生高附加值的可能性，而较高的利润则可以反过来支撑着作品的工艺水准和艺术性。
[Abstract]:Carving lacquer culture continues for a thousand years and beautiful, indicating that the traditional lacquer carving process deeply loved by the people. But the traditional lacquer craft technology is difficult, in the contemporary free competition market environment, the carving lacquer faces the market to shrink day by day, the talented person is short of the predicament. Under the predicament of handicraft industry facing crisis, carving lacquer urgently needs to try in the aspect of modern manifestation. While passing on the essence of traditional skills, it is necessary to create modern lacquer works that are integrated with the characteristics of the times and acceptable to a wider audience. Japan, a country that shares Asia with China but has a first class design, is even more thoughtful about the lesson of integrating tradition and modernity: after a short period of 30 years, Japan completed the industrial revolution at the beginning of the 20th century. But until the beginning of the 21 st century, Japan's modern design still imitated the West and was not successful. After reflection, Japanese designers realized that the design that embodies the characteristics of the nation is the one with vitality, and that the traditional design has created a spiritual, historical, and warm picture. Compared with the stiff industrial products, they are more in line with the Oriental aesthetic. The works designed by the design masters represented by Liu Zongli are still the ideal state of art after being commercialized. It not only preserves the traditional artistic conception but also conforms to the trend of the times. Modern design advocates the perfect fusion of function and aesthetics. The stationery can be both practical and appreciative. The volume is suitable for small batch production and can reduce the cost of working hours. The modern stationery of carved lacquer is located in the artistic creation, but not in the manufacture. The combination of traditional technique and modern design has the possibility of producing high added value, while higher profit can support the craft level and artistry of the work in turn.
