【摘要】：正为了查找近年来国外钢结构建筑的新颖案例,我在互联网上四处游荡,很偶然地走进一位美国艺术家的个人网站。他的代表作是一些尺寸较大的公共雕塑,摆放在公园里、城市建筑前的广场上,以钢管和钢索精巧地组装而成。纤细的钢索像琴弦一样紧绷着,似有若无。闪亮的钢管仿佛摆脱了重力,飘浮在空中。仅仅看到几张照片,我就对这些作品一见钟情。叹服之余,我发现自己从未听说过这位艺术家的名字,无论是英文的"Kenneth Snelson",还是中文的"肯尼斯·斯奈尔森"。
[Abstract]:Looking for new cases of foreign steel architecture in recent years, I wandered around the Internet and stumbled into the personal website of an American artist. His masterpiece is a collection of larger public sculptures in parks, squares in front of urban buildings, beautifully assembled with steel pipes and steel cables. The slender steel cord was as tight as the strings, as if there were none. The shiny steel pipe seemed to escape gravity and float in the air. I fell in love with these works at first sight when I saw only a few photos. I found that I had never heard of the artist's name, whether it was Kenneth Snelson in English or Kenneth Snellson in Chinese.
