【摘要】：本文在波特"钻石模型"成果的基础上,结合IMDWEF国际竞争力评价体系方法,建立了苏州市动漫产业竞争力模型和评价指标体系;在此基础上运用层次分析法,对苏州市动漫产业竞争力影响相关因素进行分析,找出存在的问题,提出了提升苏州动漫产业竞争力的对策。
[Abstract]:Based on the results of Porter ' s Diamond Model , this paper establishes the competitive model and evaluation index system of animation industry in Suzhou based on IMDWEF international competitive evaluation system . On the basis of this , the paper analyzes the factors related to the competitiveness of animation industry in Suzhou and finds out the existing problems , and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of animation industry in Suzhou .
