关于海西动漫产业人才培养模式的思考

【摘要】：动漫产业是新兴绿色低碳产业,其发展前景不可限量.福建作为海峡西岸经济区的核心,在动漫人才培养方面却较为薄弱,存在着诸多不足,在一定程度上限制了动漫产业的进一步发展.高等院校和高等职业学校作为人才培养的主要力量,要加大投入,科学定位,形成完整的动漫人才培养体系;加强闽台合作与交流,充分利用台湾在动漫产业上的优势为我所用,实现我省动漫专业的跨越发展;转变人才培养理念,建立实用型的人才培养模式,加快产—学—研一体化进程,不断提高动漫人才的实践能力.
[Abstract]:Animation industry is a new green low-carbon industry, its development prospects are unlimited. Fujian as the core of the economic zone in the West Coast of the Straits, but in the animation talent training is relatively weak, there are many shortcomings. To some extent, it restricts the further development of animation industry. As the main force of talent training, colleges and universities and higher vocational schools should increase investment, scientific positioning, and form a complete animation talent training system; Strengthen the cooperation and exchange between Fujian and Taiwan, make full use of the advantages of Taiwan in animation industry, realize the leapfrog development of animation specialty in our province; To change the concept of talent training, to establish a practical talent training model, to accelerate the integration of production, learning and research, and to continuously improve the practical ability of animation talents.
