中日文化创意产业的比较研究

【摘要】: 文化创意产业是当前世界经济产业升级的方向之一,也是各国积极规划、扶持发展的产业对象。我国也逐渐认识到了这个产业重要的战略意义和发展的急迫性,并已经把它写进了“十一五”发展规划当中。日本是目前国际上文化创意产业较为发达的国家,又因为地缘、文化的接近,成为对中国而言较有比较意义的参照系。本文使用了比较经济学的研究方法,研究了中日文化创意产业的整体发展现状、以及两国主要文化创意行业的特点;分析了中日两国该产业现状的异同之处,结合两国国情,试图给出差异来源的解释;在比较之下找出中国的差距,并介绍日本值得借鉴的先进经验;结合市场现状,做出两国文化创意产业未来发展的趋势预测,并给出了自己的见解。 本文的第一章是导论部分,介绍了文章的选题意义、写作思路和主要创新点。 第二章对国内外的相关基础理论研究做了归纳总结。主要考察了与文化创意产业有关的概念和统计范围的界定,指出各种界定的主要差异之处,并根据本文的写作目的选取了概念的称谓及范畴。 文章的第三章从整体上对中日文化创意产业进行对比。考察了两国该产业的市场规模、产业内部结构、市场需求及生产能力的现状和发展趋势等方面,透过统计数据,揭示了数字背后所代表的问题,勾勒出该产业在两国发展的鸟瞰图,以及对未来发展前景进行预测。 本文第四章考察两国文化创意产业中四个最具代表性的行业:出版业(包括报纸、期刊杂志、图书、数字出版)、电影业、动漫业和游戏业。文章使用第一手的统计资料,在质和量两方面详细比较分析了各个小行业的发展特点,总结了两国各个行业的发展现状中最主要的共性与差异,分析这些差异的来源,并试图对某些行业的发展做出预测。 文章的最后一部分研究了两国文化创意产业政策。比较了两国该产业的战略地位的差异、以及在政策主体、立法、投融资体系、人才培育等方面的区别,指出我国欠缺之处,并提出日本可供国内借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:The cultural and creative industry is one of the directions of the economic industry upgrading in the world at present. It is also the industrial object that various countries actively plan and support the development. China has also gradually realized the important strategic significance and the urgency of the development of this industry. Japan is currently a relatively developed country with cultural and creative industries in the world, and because of the proximity of geography and culture, This paper uses comparative economics research methods to study the overall development of the cultural and creative industries in China and Japan, as well as the characteristics of the main cultural and creative industries in the two countries. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of the present situation of the industry between China and Japan, tries to explain the source of the difference by combining the national conditions of the two countries, finds out the gap between China and Japan, and introduces the advanced experience of Japan, which is worthy of reference, and combines with the market situation. To make the future development of cultural and creative industries in the two countries forecast, and give their own views. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction, which introduces the significance of the topic, writing ideas and main innovative points. The second chapter summarizes the relevant basic theory research at home and abroad. It mainly studies the definition of the concept and statistical scope related to cultural and creative industry, and points out the main differences of the various definitions. According to the purpose of this paper, the title and category of the concept are selected. The third chapter compares the cultural and creative industries between China and Japan as a whole. It examines the market size, the internal structure of the industry, the current situation and the development trend of the market demand and production capacity in the two countries through the statistical data. It reveals the problems behind the numbers, outlines the aerial view of the industry's development in the two countries, and forecasts the future development prospects. Chapter 4th examines the four most representative industries in the cultural and creative industries of the two countries: publishing (including newspapers, periodicals, magazines, books, digital publishing, film, animation and gaming). This paper compares and analyzes the development characteristics of each small industry in terms of quality and quantity, summarizes the main commonness and difference in the development status of each industry in the two countries, analyzes the sources of these differences, and attempts to predict the development of some industries. In the last part of the article, the author studies the cultural and creative industry policies of the two countries, and compares the strategic position of the two countries, as well as the differences in the main body of policy, legislation, investment and financing system, talent cultivation, etc., and points out the shortcomings of our country. And put forward the experience that Japan can use for reference at home.
