路易士的“纯诗”追求与文化投机

【摘要】：诗歌创作之外,路易士在《中华副刊》上还发表过大量的散文、诗论与文化批评等,这些文字清晰地表达出了他的诗歌理念与道德认知。他强调"共鸣"是诗的最后效果,并试图通过对"诗素"与"纯粹诗"的追求而达此目标。路易士提倡"纯诗",意在坚守诗歌的超拔品格,对抗市民的庸俗趣味,将诗歌读者保留在精英层次,但其最终目的却在于打造自己的诗坛领袖地位。因此,他在善加利用汪伪当局文艺政策之时,并不掩饰他的文化投机心理。路易士的矛盾固然源自物质的贫困和生活的不安定感,但其淡漠的民族意识令其在文学史上留下了尴尬身影。
[Abstract]:In addition to poetry writing, Louis published a lot of prose, poetic theory and cultural criticism in the Chinese Supplement, which clearly expressed his poetic ideas and moral cognition. He emphasizes that "resonance" is the final effect of poetry, and tries to achieve this goal through the pursuit of "poetic element" and "pure poem". Louis advocates "pure poetry", which is intended to stick to the character of poetry, resist the vulgar taste of the citizens, and keep the readers of poetry at the elite level, but its ultimate goal is to create its own position as a leader in poetry. Therefore, he did not conceal his cultural speculation when he made use of the literature and art policy of Wang Puppet. Although Louis' contradiction originates from the material poverty and the sense of instability in life, his indifferent national consciousness makes him embarrassed in the history of literature.
