【摘要】：近些年来因为产业结构不断地调整,国内很多城市中出现工业废弃建筑、老工业生产设备等工业废弃资源,而这些资源带着一系列社会和环境问题。如何运用理论知识对工业旧址进行景观再生和生态恢复,以及如何保护和利用好工业旧址,已经成为发展优质城市和解决工业废弃资源问题的重要课题。首先,本文对工业旧址、公园等相关概念和理论依据进行概述和阐明,明确界定工业旧址公园的概念;其次,通过研究国内外的经典案例,进一步提取借鉴相关设计经验,并提出工业旧址公园的设计原则;最后进行湖北黄石华新水泥厂工业旧址公园的实例研究,通过对项目概况、场地综合情况的分析和评价,依据黄石市的相关上位规划,提出本次规划设计的目标,做出华新水泥厂旧址公园的总体规划,其中包含功能分区,景观结构、道路分析、植物种植和照明设计等分析。工业旧址景观重塑在城市发展过程中,不仅能在一定程度上解决因工业生产过程而引起的生态系统退化的问题,也对提升城市形象起到一定积极的作用,有效保护了工业文化内涵和传统价值,延续了城市发展痕迹。
[Abstract]:In recent years, because the industrial structure is adjusted continuously, many domestic city in the industrial abandoned buildings, old industrial production equipment and other industrial waste resources, and these resources with a series of social and environmental problems. How to use the theoretical knowledge of landscape regeneration and ecological restoration of industrial sites, and how to protect and make good use of the industrial site, has become the development of high quality industrial city and solve important waste resources problem. First of all, this paper on the industrial site, summarizes and clarifies the park and other related concepts and theoretical basis, define the concept of the old industrial park site; secondly, the classic case study at home and abroad, further extraction reference design experience, and puts forward the design principle of the industrial site park; case study of Hubei last Huangshi Huaxin Cement Factory Industrial Park site, based on the general situation of the project, site condition The analysis and evaluation, according to the Huangshi related master planning, puts forward the planning and design goals, make overall planning of Huaxin Cement Plant Site Park, which contains the function zoning, landscape structure, path analysis, analysis of planting and lighting design. The industrial site landscape in the city development process, can not only solve the problem the ecological deterioration caused by industrial production process in a certain extent, also to a certain positive role in improving the image of the city, the effective protection of industrial culture and traditional values, the continuation of the city development marks.
