【摘要】：休闲农业的发展对我国农业产业结构调整、农村劳动力转移、农民收入增加、城乡一体化具有重要意义。本文主要通过文献查阅、案例分析和实地调研等研究方法,结合相关理论知识,以新安县懈寺村休闲农业规划为例,对休闲农业规划进行探讨和研究,具体研究内容如下:通过文献查阅了解休闲农业的国内外发展现状、特点与分类以及规划理论依据,并发现国内休闲农业发展存在的主要问题;选取洛阳银滩农业观光园、重庆南岸区长生桥镇云浮山生态园、上海奉贤生态农庄、桂林中国银杏博览园和溧阳玉枝农业生态示范观光园作为案例研究对象,从园区的发展概况、规划布局、景观效果、项目活动设置和文化主题应用等方面开展,得出其发展休闲农业的可借鉴之处;通过对懈寺村进行调查分析,得知该村庄拥有自然资源、区位交通、社会整治和政策导向四大优势,具备发展休闲农业的基础条件,适合开展休闲农业旅游活动。鉴于此,提出“乡村风情浓郁、产业结构合理、功能配套完善、交通便捷畅通、生产生活便利、村容村貌整洁”的规划目标和“一心,两轴,九区,十景点”的总体布局,主要从产业规划、道路规划、景观提升改造和服务设施等方面开展,为懈寺村休闲农业发展给予指导,对其它同类型的休闲农业园规划也提供参考。
[Abstract]:The development of leisure agriculture is of great significance to the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, the transfer of rural labor force, the increase of farmers' income and the integration of urban and rural areas. Case study, field investigation and other research methods, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge, the planning of leisure agriculture in Xiansi Village, Xinan County, as an example, the planning of leisure agriculture is discussed and studied. The specific contents of the study are as follows: through literature review to understand the domestic and foreign development of leisure agriculture, characteristics and classification as well as planning theoretical basis, and found the main problems in the development of leisure agriculture in China; Select Luoyang Yintan Agricultural sightseeing Park, Chongqing Nanan Changsheng Bridge Town Yunfushan Ecological Park, Shanghai Fengxian Ecological Farm, Guilin China Ginkgo Expo Garden and Liyang Yuzhi Agroecological demonstration Tourism Park as the case study object. From the development situation, planning layout, landscape effect, project activity setting and cultural theme application and so on, we can draw lessons from the development of leisure agriculture. Through the investigation and analysis of the village, it is known that the village has four advantages: natural resources, regional transportation, social renovation and policy guidance, and has the basic conditions for the development of leisure agriculture. Suitable for the development of leisure agricultural tourism activities. In view of this, it is proposed that "the rural customs are rich, the industrial structure is reasonable, the function is perfect, the traffic is convenient and smooth, and the production and living is convenient." The overall layout of "one mind, two axes, nine districts and ten scenic spots" is mainly carried out from the aspects of industrial planning, road planning, landscape upgrading and service facilities. It also provides guidance for the development of leisure agriculture in Sangsi Village, and also provides reference for the planning of other leisure agricultural parks of the same type.
