世界园艺博览会景观规划设计探析

【摘要】：在过去的150年中,世博会作为世界的大事件对经济、规划、建筑、景观等等各领域发展都起到重要的影响。从建设规划的角度讲,世博会园区的建设对现代规划设计理念产生了巨大的推动作用。世博会是全球最高级别的综合性展览盛会。自1851年英国伦敦举办的第一届博览会开始,已经成为经济、科技、文化界的奥林匹克盛会,在全球具有极大影响。从举办过世博会的城市发展历史看,举办一次成功的世博对主办地的政治、经济、社会和文化等各方面会产生积极的影响,世博会在城市规划、改善基础建设和生态环境、创造工作机会、技术和产业投资、提高国际地位方面都有卓越的贡献。本论文首先回顾了世博园规划的历史进程,从宏观的区域规划角度逐渐深入到对园区本身的专项规划研究上,根据此论文架构,文章从世博会园区与城市发展的关系,园区的总体规划布局以及开放空间的景观规划设计三个层面切入,结合历届世博会的规划实践经验,总结归纳出世博园选址及后续利用与城市发展的关系,世博园总体规划布局及各专项规划与设计的特色。首先对世博园景观规划的设计的影响因素作以具体分析,从世博园主题对整体景观规划的影响,到世博园选址类型对景观规划的影响,和世博园的后续可持续发展利用都作了具体分析。其次对总体规划布局的原则和规划布局的结构作了具体分析,包括主题与园区规划结合、历史文脉的延续、空间开放化、坚持可持续发展观及通过历届世博园比较分析得出世博园总体规划布局结构的种类。且从景观生态学、景观生态规划及生态设计的理论出发,从分析世博园的生态绿地布局与生态环境要素出发,总结了世博园生态规划的现状及特点,最后以生态及可持续发展为原则,提出了世博园生态规划和可持续发展的建议。文章的最后结合以上分析的要点对2014年锦州世博园规划设计的方案进行了阐释,期望能够结合历届世博园的规划实践经验,从世博会园区与城市发展的关系,园区自身的规划设计以及内开放空间的交通规划三个层面出发,并对锦州世博园的设计理念、总体布局、历史文化的表达、开放空间的交通设计和可持续生态设计和锦州世博园的可持续发展建议世博园的规划特色及设计要点,以期作为未来世博园规划的参考。对世博园的发展方向提出了一些建议,期望对未来世博园的规划建设提供一些有益的帮助。
[Abstract]:In the past 150 years, the World Expo, as a major event in the world, has played an important role in the development of economy, planning, architecture, landscape and so on. The construction of Expo Park has greatly promoted the concept of modern planning and design. The Expo is the highest comprehensive exhibition event in the world. Since 1851, the first World Expo has been held in London, England. Has become the economic, scientific and cultural Olympic Games, has a great impact on the world. From the history of the urban development of the World Expo, the hosting of a successful Expo to host the political, economic. Social and cultural aspects will have a positive impact. The Expo will have a positive impact on urban planning, improving infrastructure and the ecological environment, creating jobs, and investing in technology and industry. This paper first reviews the historical process of the planning of the Expo Park, from the perspective of macro regional planning to the study of the special planning of the park itself. According to the structure of this paper, the paper analyzes the relationship between the Expo park and urban development, the overall layout of the park and the landscape planning and design of open space, and combines the planning practice experience of previous World Expo. The relationship between site selection and subsequent utilization of Expo site and urban development is summarized. The overall layout of the Expo Park and the characteristics of each special planning and design. Firstly, the factors affecting the landscape planning of the Expo Park are analyzed in detail, and the influence of the theme of the Expo Garden on the overall landscape planning is analyzed. The influence of site selection type on landscape planning, and the sustainable development and utilization of the Expo garden are analyzed. Secondly, the principles of overall planning and the structure of planning layout are analyzed in detail. It includes the combination of theme and park planning, the continuation of historical context, and the opening of space. To adhere to the concept of sustainable development and through the past Expo garden comparative analysis of the overall planning structure of the Expo types, and from the landscape ecology, landscape ecological planning and ecological design theory. Based on the analysis of the ecological green space layout and ecological environmental elements of the Expo garden, the present situation and characteristics of the ecological planning of the Expo garden are summarized. Finally, the principle of ecological and sustainable development is taken as the principle. The ecological planning and sustainable development of the Expo Park are put forward. At the end of this paper, the planning and design scheme of Jinzhou Expo Garden in 2014 is explained in the light of the above analysis points. It is expected to combine the practical planning experience of previous Expo parks from three aspects: the relationship between the Expo park and urban development, the planning and design of the park itself and the transportation planning of the open space within the Expo. And the Jinzhou Expo Garden design concept, the overall layout, the expression of historical and cultural. Traffic Design and Sustainable Ecological Design of Open Space and Sustainable Development of Jinzhou Expo Park Planning Features and Design points of Expo Park. As a reference for the planning of the future Expo site, some suggestions on the development direction of the Expo Park are put forward, and some useful help for the planning and construction of the Expo Garden in the future is expected.
