特级教师徐福绵的语文教学知识研究

【摘要】:徐福绵老师是我国当代语文教育界一位优秀的代表人物,在西北语文教育界有着举足轻重的地位。他的曲折人生经历,长期扎根于新疆维吾尔自治区从事语文教育的事迹,以及他成效卓著的教学成果都说明了他是一位深邃的语文教育思考者和卓越的语文教育实践者。徐福绵老师在长期的语文教学实践和研究中,构建了极具个性特色的语文教学知识结构,他深厚的学养有力的支撑了他的语文教学,而他仁者与学者的情怀更带来不一样的课堂氛围,使课堂常带孔孟遗风。我国教育正经历一场前所未有的深刻变革。教师专业化发展不但成为教育教研的焦点,更作为基础教育能否走向深化的关键性所在。一些学者已日益认识到“知识”作为教师素养中核心问题的影响力。那么,作为一名一线语文教师,应该具有怎样的知识建构?优秀的语文教师应该完成怎样的知识建构过程?通过研究已获得教育界承认的特级教师的语文教学知识并参照之,无疑是多种方法之一。本文从学科教学知识的视角,运用质的研究方法,初步探讨和呈现徐福绵老师语文教学知识的独特成因;从徐福绵老师个人对知识进行内化、吸收和创造性生产的独特途径以及形成徐福绵语文教学知识的外因两个方面,以质性访谈案例的形式描述性的说明精神信念、内涵修养、专业能力、教育情怀及社会大环境、文学艺术思潮、前辈教诲、教育家理论与实践、宗教与哲学等因素与徐福绵语文教学知识的关系。通过研究,我们清晰地看到,人生追求、教育信念对于徐福绵老师形成个人独特的语文教学知识具有指导作用;系统地学习专业知识、不带偏见地吸纳各类文化知识为徐福绵老师语文教学知识的形成打下了坚实基础;个体独特的人文追求、审美追求、文化历史使命与教育教学实践不间断地结合,使徐福绵老师最终形成了独具特色的语文学科教学知识。
[Abstract]:Teacher Xu Fumian is an outstanding representative of contemporary Chinese education in our country and plays an important role in northwest Chinese education. His life experience is tortuous. Long rooted in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region engaged in Chinese education deeds. And his outstanding teaching results show that he is a profound Chinese education thinkers and excellent Chinese education practitioners. Xu Fumian teacher in the long-term Chinese teaching practice and research. It has constructed the Chinese teaching knowledge structure with the extremely individuality characteristic, his profound study has supported his Chinese teaching powerfully, but his benevolent person and the scholar sentiment has brought the different classroom atmosphere. Our education is undergoing an unprecedented profound transformation. The development of teacher specialization has not only become the focus of educational research. As the key to the deepening of basic education, some scholars have increasingly recognized the influence of "knowledge" as the core issue in teachers' literacy. Then, as a first-line language teacher. What kind of knowledge construction should we have? What kind of knowledge construction process should an excellent Chinese teacher complete? It is undoubtedly one of the many methods to study the Chinese teaching knowledge of special teachers which has been recognized by the educational circles and to refer to it. This paper applies qualitative research methods from the perspective of subject teaching knowledge. To explore and present the unique causes of Xu Fumian's Chinese teaching knowledge; From Xu Fumian's personal knowledge internalization, absorption and creative production of the unique way and the formation of Xu Fumian language teaching knowledge of two aspects. In the form of qualitative interview cases, it describes the spiritual beliefs, connotations, professional abilities, educational feelings and social environment, literary and artistic trends, education, educator theory and practice. The relationship between religion and philosophy and Xu Fumian's Chinese teaching knowledge. Through the research, we can clearly see that the pursuit of life. The educational belief has the instruction function to the teacher Xu Fumian to form the individual unique Chinese teaching knowledge; Learning professional knowledge systematically and absorbing all kinds of cultural knowledge without prejudice laid a solid foundation for the formation of Xu Fumian's Chinese teaching knowledge. Individual unique pursuit of humanities, aesthetic pursuit, cultural and historical mission and education and teaching practice uninterrupted combination, so that Xu Fumian finally formed a unique language teaching knowledge.
