威邦云软件的界面可用性设计研究

【摘要】：云计算的高速发展给虚拟化云平台的产生提供一个良好的环境,目前国内外该类软件的界面与其他较为成熟的软件相比,存在专业术语图标不易识别、操作方式过于单一、内容显示效果枯燥乏味、缺少人文艺术气息的问题。本文主要的研究对象是杰赛科技企业的威邦云平台管理系统项目,结合界面设计的有关理论,具体包括用户体验的层次、以用户为中心的设计过程、用户模型的建立,可用性工程学等。采用系统分析、理论文献查阅、可用性测试、对比分析和设计实践的方法,对其界面可用性设计进行理论分析和实践设计。在分析威邦云同类竞争产品的基础上,提出围绕以用户管理为主、增强软件界面可用性设计的创新方向。在实践过程中对产品的用户需求进行整理并且建立用户模型,划分软件的功能模块和搭建信息架构图,制作交互流程图和优化视觉效果。从界面整体设计的一致性、交互过程的易用性、视觉效果的可视性三个方面提出针对威邦云软件的界面可用性设计原则,并将之作为方案筛选的评价标准。在产品开发的整个周期过程中采用可用性的方法不断地重新定位和改进,对其进行GOMS模型评估,选择适用的界面操作方式;产品面向市场的目标群体之后,采用QUIS用户体验满意度调查得到使用者对新产品的回馈。最终的成果是总结得出有助于提高威邦云软件界面可用性设计的三大原则,开发一套满足用户需求期望的威邦云平台管理系统。理论研究对威邦云软件的实际研发具有指导作用,在实践中进一步提升威邦云软件界面的可用性设计理论。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of cloud computing provides a good environment for the generation of virtualized cloud platform. At present, the interface of this kind of software at home and abroad is difficult to identify compared with other mature software. The operation mode is too single, the content display effect is boring, the lack of humanities and art breath problem. The main research object of this paper is the Waibang cloud platform management system project of Jessie technology enterprise. Combined with the relevant theory of interface design, including the level of user experience, user-centered design process, user model establishment, usability engineering, etc. System analysis, theoretical literature reference. Usability testing, comparative analysis and design practice methods, the interface usability design theory analysis and practical design. On the basis of analysis of the same kind of competition products of Waibang cloud, the paper proposes to focus on user management. Enhance the innovative direction of software interface usability design. In the process of practice, the user needs of the product are sorted out and user models are established, the function modules of the software are divided and the information architecture diagram is built. Make interaction flow chart and optimize visual effects. From three aspects: the consistency of the overall design of interface, the ease of use of the interaction process, visual effects of visual visibility of the interface usability design principles for Webang cloud software. And it is regarded as the evaluation standard of the project selection. The usability method is used to reposition and improve the process of product development during the whole cycle of product development, and the GOMS model is evaluated. Choose suitable interface operation mode; The product is market-oriented after the target group. Using QUIS user experience satisfaction survey to get user feedback to the new product. The final result is to summarize the three principles that can help to improve the usability design of Webang cloud software interface. This paper develops a management system of Weibang cloud platform to meet the needs of users. The theoretical research is helpful to the practical research and development of Webang cloud software, and further improves the usability design theory of the user's cloud software interface in practice.
