古代书院教育对塑造大学精神品质的启示

【摘要】：近年来,中华优秀传统文化在意识形态领域的底色越来越浓,社会上掀起国学热潮,纷纷将目光转向传统文化,从中汲取优秀营养。传统书院发轫于唐,兴盛于宋,发展绵延至清,存在千年之久,作为中国封建社会一种独特的教育组织和学术机构,成长于官学与私学之间,融两者所长,在长期发展中不断积淀、凝练而成独具生命力的精神内涵,是其办学风格的集中体现。书院深深扎根于中华传统文化沃土,所体现的独立自主的治学精神、润泽斯民的德育精神、求真务实的实践精神、尊道敬学的创新精神,深深影响了一代代中国文人士子,促进了古代传统文化的繁荣与发展,培养了大批"传道而济斯民"的人才,在养成健全人格、改善社会风尚、传播民族文化等方面,起着积极的社会意义。虽然在封建格局下逐渐官学化,其精神特质也在一定程度上受到制约,终在社会深重危机和教育大变革中为新式学堂所取代,但制度的终结,并不意味着精神的消亡,新时期,书院范例勃兴,学习和研究书院制度,正是中华文化复兴和重建的积极表现。在以西方大学模式为主的背景下,要保存中国大学民族特色,推动其发展与变革的步伐,必须在传承与创新的基础上,将传统教育精华融入现代高等教育体系中,不断加深对书院教育精神的理解和把握,方可从中获得诸多有益办学经验和教育启示。本文认为重新思考书院教育这一优秀典范,总结其办学特色,梳理其历史进程,挖掘其教育理念,彰显其时代精神,能更好的加深对构建中国特色现代大学教育的探讨,促进高等教育的内涵式发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Chinese excellent traditional culture in the ideological field of more and more strong, social upsurge of traditional Chinese culture, have turned their eyes to traditional culture, draw excellent nutrition from the traditional academy of origin in the Tang Dynasty. Prosperous in the Song Dynasty, the development extended to the Qing Dynasty, which existed for thousands of years. As a unique educational organization and academic institution in the feudal society of China, it grew up between the official and private schools, and integrated the advantages of the two, and accumulated continuously in the long-term development. The spiritual connotation of condensed and unique vitality is the concentrated embodiment of its style of running a school. The academy is deeply rooted in the fertile soil of Chinese traditional culture, which embodies the independent spirit of scholarship and the spirit of moral education of Runze Simin. The practical spirit of seeking truth, and the innovative spirit of respecting Taoism and respecting learning deeply influenced the Chinese literati for generations, promoted the prosperity and development of the ancient traditional culture, and cultivated a large number of talents who "preach but benefit the people". In the cultivation of sound personality, improve social customs, dissemination of national culture and other aspects, play a positive social significance. Although in the feudal structure gradually official learning, its spiritual characteristics are also restricted to a certain extent. But the end of the system does not mean the disappearance of the spirit. In the new period, the academy model flourishes, studies and studies the academy system. Under the background of western university mode, to preserve the national characteristics of Chinese universities and to promote the pace of its development and change, it is necessary to inherit and innovate on the basis of inheritance and innovation. The essence of traditional education will be integrated into the modern higher education system, and the understanding and grasp of the spirit of college education will be deepened. We can get a lot of useful experience and education inspiration. This paper thinks that the college education is an excellent example, summarizes its characteristics, combs its historical process, and excavates its educational idea. Showing its spirit of the times, can better deepen the construction of modern university education with Chinese characteristics, and promote the implicit development of higher education.
