【摘要】：随着社会经济迅速发展和城市化进程的加快,农业生态观光园作为公共空间的一类新型公园,逐渐受到人们的青睐,其建设也掀起一股热潮。目前在该类公园的规划建设中,人们或过于注重景观效果,从而忽略景观功能,普遍缺乏对使用者需求方面的重视,导致建成环境的实际使用效果不理想。基于此,本文以使用者行为及体验为切入点,对保定市现代农业生态园的使用状况进行评价研究,为保定市现代农业生态园及同类公园的建设提供借鉴与参考。本文基于POE使用状况评价方法理论,选取保定市现代农业生态园为研究对象,采用问卷调查与行为观察相结合调查的方法对生态园进行全面系统调研,通过调查分析,得出以下结论:(1)通过对保定市现代农业生态园的使用者行为特征和需求认知的调查得知:公园使用者年龄分布广泛,游园目的明确,活动内容和方式多样,活动季节相对固定,平均逗留时间较长。根据结论总结影响公园环境质量和使用效率的因素,分别是功能分区布局、活动空间的类型和尺度、绿化程度、服务设施状况等。(2)通过对使用者行为的观察和记录,对生态园功能区使用情况进行具体调查,得出使用者特征、行为方式等。总结归纳公园存在的问题,并提出具体建议。(3)通过对公园总体景观评价分析得知:植物景观综合评分突出,植物种类、长势、疏密度和季相变化评价较高。园林建筑小品及设施综合得分较低,建筑小品外观形式不统一、设施数量缺乏、建筑本身无特色或风格不统一。公园水生植物应用单一,公园人文景观匮乏,本土特色不鲜明,植物遮荫效果差。根据以上对生态园游客基本资料、不同功能区使用者特征和行为、游客对景观满意度的调查评价,归纳总结出生态园现状及存在的问题:①功能分区布局不合理,空间类型单一;②缺乏文化内涵,特色不鲜明;③铺装场地缺乏人性化设计;④水景景观营造手法单一,水生植物缺乏;⑤配套设施类型单一,设施维护管理不到位;⑥植物景观主题模糊,植物遮荫效果差。最后,根据公园存在的问题提出相应的优化建议:①完善功能分区布局,创造多样化功能空间;②立足本土特色,充分挖掘文化历史内涵;③坚持以人为本,强调铺装人性化设计;④加强水生植物应用,创造多类型水景景观;⑤完善公园配套设施,加强设施维护管理;⑥增设植物景观,强化公园植物景观特色。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization, agricultural eco-tourism park as a new type of public space park, gradually favored by people. At present, in the planning and construction of this kind of parks, people may pay too much attention to the landscape effects, thus ignoring the landscape functions, and generally lack of attention to the needs of users. The actual use of the built environment is not ideal. Based on this, based on the user behavior and experience as a starting point, the use of modern agricultural ecological park in Baoding City is evaluated and studied. For the construction of modern agricultural ecological park and similar parks in Baoding city to provide reference and reference. Based on the theory of POE usage evaluation method, this paper selects Baoding modern agricultural ecological park as the research object. The comprehensive and systematic investigation of ecological park was carried out by means of questionnaire survey and behavior observation, and the investigation and analysis were carried out. Draw the following conclusion: 1) through the investigation of the behavior characteristics and needs cognition of the modern agricultural ecological park in Baoding: the park users are widely distributed in age and the purpose of the park is clear. The activity contents and ways are various, the activity season is relatively fixed, and the average stay time is longer. According to the conclusion, the factors affecting the park environmental quality and use efficiency are the functional zoning layout. The types and scales of the activity space, the degree of greening, the condition of service facilities, etc.) through observing and recording the behavior of the users, the use of the functional areas of the ecological garden is investigated concretely, and the characteristics of the users are obtained. The comprehensive scores of architectural sketch and facilities are low, the appearance of architectural sketch is not uniform, and the number of facilities is short. The architecture itself has no characteristic or style. The park aquatic plant application is single, the park humanities landscape is scarce, the local characteristic is not bright, the plant shading effect is poor. According to above to the ecological park visitor basic information. The characteristics and behaviors of users in different functional areas, the survey and evaluation of tourists' satisfaction with the landscape, and the current situation and existing problems of the ecological park are summarized. The distribution of functional zones is unreasonable and the space type is single. (2) lack of cultural connotation and lack of distinctive characteristics; (3) lack of humanized design; (4) the method of creating waterscape is single and the aquatic plants are lacking; (5) the type of supporting facilities is single, and the maintenance and management of facilities is not in place; (6) the theme of plant landscape is fuzzy, and the effect of plant shading is poor. Finally, according to the problems existing in the park, the author puts forward the corresponding optimization suggestion: 1 to perfect the layout of functional zoning and to create diversified functional space; (2) based on local characteristics, fully excavating the connotation of culture and history; (3) insist on people-oriented and emphasize humanized design of pavement; (4) strengthening the application of aquatic plants to create multi-type waterscape; (5) perfecting the supporting facilities of the park and strengthening the maintenance and management of the facilities; Add plant landscape, strengthen the park plant landscape characteristics.
