株洲市高保护价值森林的识别与分级研究

【摘要】:森林中有多种资源,包括了野生动物、野生植物、土壤微生物、森林土壤以及其他的自然环境因子,兼具社会,经济,生态,碳汇和文化等多项生态服务功能,是陆地生态系统中结构最复杂、分布最广泛、类型最丰富的生态系统。森林要可持续发展,人类也需要林木及各种林副产品,为了平衡森林利用和保护的现实需要,森林管理委员会(FSC)于1999年在其森林认证标准中提出了高保护价值森林的概念。本研究在“湖南省高保护价值森林试点”项目的基础上,提出以高保护价值因子为识别对象,斑块为基本识别单元的高保护价值森林识别体系。识别体系中,将高保护价值森林划分为物种多样性高保护价值森林、景观多样性高保护价值森林、生态系统多样性高保护价值森林、自然服务功能高保护价值森林、生活服务功能高保护价值森林、社会文化服务功能高保护价值森林6个部分。每个部分筛选出可表示其高保护价值的高保护价值因子,6个部分共计27种高保护价值因子。然后,根据识别的最大地域范围和时间区间,确定高保护价值因子的阈值,即构成了株洲市高保护价值森林识别体系。经识别,株洲市2013年高保护价值森林面积为173327.2 hm2,占株洲市森林总面积的28.76%,其中物种多样性高保护价值森林27803.9 hm2,景观多样性高保护价值森林82742.4 hm2,生态系统多样性高保护价值森林7914.5 hm2,自然服务功能高保护价值森林90785.6 hm2,生活服务功能高保护价值森林36234.6 hm2,社会文化服务功能高保护价值森林18336.7 hm2,6种高保护价值森林类型相互重叠的部分92528.4 hm2,可知株洲市富含丰富的高保护价值因子,分布广、面积大,有一半以上森林具有多种高保护价值。对株洲市高保护价值森林识别后发现,有92528.4 hm2的森林区域存在多种高保护价值因子,这些区域的生物活动频繁,物种种类丰富,生态脆弱性高,需重点保护。于是采用等标度雷达图分析法和等间距分级法把株洲市高保护价值森林分为3级,得到:株洲市2013年拥有Ⅰ级高保护价值森林2461.5 hm2,占株洲市高保护价值森林总面积的1.42%,Ⅱ级高保护价值森林有46951.0 hm2,占株洲市高保护价值森林总面积的27.09%,分布最多的是Ⅲ级高保护价值森林,面积达123914.7 hm2,占株洲市高保护价值森林总面积的71.49%,可知株洲市高保护价值因子呈离散分布。最后,根据不同的高保护价值森林类型和不同的高保护价值森林等级,给出相应高保护价值森林的经营保护措施。
[Abstract]:The forest has a variety of resources, including wildlife, wild plants, soil microbes, forest soils and other natural environment factors, as well as social, economic, ecological, carbon sinks and cultural and other ecological services. It is the most complex, widely distributed and abundant ecosystem in terrestrial ecosystems. For sustainable development of forests, human beings also need trees and various forest by-products, in order to balance the practical needs of forest utilization and protection, In 1999, the Forest Management Committee (FSC) put forward the concept of high-protected forest in its forest certification standard. In the recognition system, high protected value forest is divided into species diversity high protected value forest and landscape diversity high conservation value forest. Ecosystem diversity, high conservation value forest, natural service function, high conservation value forest, life service function, high conservation value forest, Social and cultural service function high conservation value forest 6 parts. Each part screened out high conservation value factor that can represent its high conservation value, 6 parts total 27 high conservation value factors. Then, According to the maximum regional range and time interval of recognition, the threshold value of high conservation value factor is determined, which constitutes the recognition system of high protected value forest in Zhuzhou city. In 2013, the forest area of high protected value in Zhuzhou city was 173327.2 hm2, accounting for 28.76% of the total forest area in Zhuzhou city. Among them, the species diversity of high protected value forest was 27803.9 hm2, the landscape diversity of high protected value forest was 82742.4 hm2and the ecosystem diversity was of high conservation value. Forest 7914.5 hm2, natural service function high conservation value forest 90785.6 hm2, life service function high conservation value forest 36234.6 hm2, social and cultural service function high conservation value forest 18336.7 hm2s, overlapping parts of 6 high protected value forest types 92528.4 hm2s. Zhuzhou City is rich in high protection value factors, More than half of the forests in Zhuzhou City have a variety of high conservation value. After identifying the forests with high conservation value in Zhuzhou City, it is found that there are many kinds of high conservation value factors in 92528.4 hm2 forest areas, and the biological activities in these areas are frequent. Species are abundant and ecological vulnerability is high, so the high protected forest in Zhuzhou city is divided into 3 levels by using the method of equal scale radar map analysis and equal interval classification. In 2013, Zhuzhou city owned 2461.5 hm2of class I high protected value forest, accounting for 1.42cm of the total area of high protected value forest in Zhuzhou city. The second class high protected value forest has 46951.0 hm2s, accounting for 27.09g% of the total area of high protected value forest in Zhuzhou city, the most distributed forest in Zhuzhou city. Is a class III forest of high conservation value, The area is 123914.7 mm ~ 2, which accounts for 71.49% of the total area of high protected value forest in Zhuzhou city. It can be seen that the high protected value factor of Zhuzhou city is discrete distribution. Finally, according to different types of high protected value forest and different forest grade of high protected value, The management and protection measures of the forest with high conservation value are given.
