装配式木建筑应用策略研究

【摘要】:在当今世界范围内,装配式建筑是建筑行业在技术领域的一个研究热点,木材是绿色环保的材料。因为木材在力学和美学上卓越的优点以及在当前越来越重要的环保方面有着不可比拟的意义,当前还是一种建筑师们所青睐的材料形式。我国有着永久的木建筑发展史。早在公元前1000年古代埃及和希腊地区,木结构是一种基本梁柱形式,在古罗马则形成了体系化的木桁架结构。古代起,西方木结构便在居住建筑上得到的应用,与砖石结构形式并行发展。在古代中国经过华夏儿女的不断摸索,书写了不不朽的木结构艺术篇章,使之自成体系,从宫殿、坛庙、寺观到普通的住宅大都采用木结构。现代木建筑在我国日趋成为小众的建筑类型。我国关于木结构的相关政策以2015年为界线,在这以前,没有专门针对木结构的政策,2015年8月31日《促进绿色建材生产和应用行动方案》提出,“发展木结构建筑,促进木结构建筑应用,推动木结构建筑在政府投资的学校、幼托、敬老院、园林景观等低层新建公共建筑,以及城镇平改坡中使用。”随着近代欧美工业革命的兴起,尤其是最近50年在北欧、北美等发达国家的地区,木材从取材、加工、设计、安装都融入了高科技的成分,使木结构建筑成为传统的营造概念与高科技融合的产物。在北美,木结构住宅处于市场的主导地位;在加拿大,木材工业是国家的支柱产业之一,木结构住宅的工业化、标准化和配套安装的技术非常成熟;在日本大量使用集成板材,新建的住宅多半以上是木结构。除了大量的住宅建筑外,由于多层木-钢、木-混凝土混合结构以及集成材技术的支持,木结构建筑还大量用于厂房、宾馆、体育馆等大跨度、大体量的公共建筑中。本文希望借由开放建筑理论研究的成果的,应用于指导装配式木建筑的应用的研究,研究木建筑的现代化的建造环节(生产加工、建造方式、部品生产)和使用感受(可改造性、安全性、耐久性)等方面应用策略。开放建筑具有开放的结构体系,支撑体形成较大空间,竖向管井集中设置,室内灵活划分,通过更换、维修实现填充体的耐久性的特点,其理论研究成果应用在装配式木结构建筑领域,具有产业化、工业化、市场化的实际意义,有助于推动装配式木结构建筑在中国的发展。
[Abstract]:In today's world, prefabricated architecture is a research hotspot in the field of technology in the construction industry. Wood is a green material because of its outstanding mechanical and aesthetic advantages and its unparalleled significance in the current increasingly important environmental protection. China has a permanent history of wooden architecture. As early as 1000, in ancient Egypt and Greece, wood structure was a basic form of Liang Zhu. In ancient Rome, a systematic wooden truss structure was formed. Since ancient times, the application of western wood structures in residential buildings has developed in parallel with the masonry structure. Writing an immortal chapter of wood-structure art, making it self-contained, from palaces to temples, Modern wooden buildings are increasingly becoming a minority type of architecture in China. The relevant policies on wood structures in our country are based on 2015, before that, There is no specific policy for wood structures, and in August 31st 2015 the Action Programme for the production and Application of Green Building Materials proposed, "Development of wooden structures, promotion of the use of timber structures, promotion of timber structures in government-funded schools, nursery care, Homes for the aged, gardens, landscape, and other low-rise public buildings, as well as the use of urban plantations in slopes. "with the rise of the modern industrial revolution in Europe and the United States, especially in the last 50 years in developed countries such as northern Europe and North America, timber was drawn, processed, and designed," he said. The installation incorporates a high-tech component, making wood structure architecture a product of the traditional concept of construction and high technology. In North America, wood-structure housing is dominant in the market; in Canada, the timber industry is one of the pillar industries of the country. The industrialization, standardization and matching installation of wood-structure residential buildings are very mature; in Japan, the integrated plates are used extensively, and most of the newly built houses are wooden structures. In addition to a large number of residential buildings, due to the multi-story wood-steel, With the support of wood-concrete mixed structure and timber gathering technology, wood-structure buildings are also used in large span public buildings, such as factories, hotels, gymnasiums, etc. This paper hopes to take advantage of the research results of open building theory. Application to guide the application of prefabricated wooden buildings, study the modern construction of wooden buildings (production and processing, construction methods, parts production) and use feeling (reconstructability, safety, etc.), The open building has the characteristics of open structure system, large space of support, centralized setting of vertical pipe well, flexible division of room, and the durability of filling body can be realized by replacement and maintenance. The application of the theoretical research results in the field of prefabricated wood structure architecture has the practical significance of industrialization, industrialization and marketization, which is helpful to promote the development of prefabricated wood structure architecture in China.
