城乡一体化背景下区域生态景观研究

【摘要】：十二五规划接近尾声,我国发展依然处于可以大有作为的重要战略机遇期,新型城镇化进程一如既往的紧锣密鼓的进行,在目前形势下城乡一体化不应再以简单的“以工促农、以村辅城”为目标,而是应在充分理解内涵的基础上,创新观念,开拓思维,结合区域内特有的自然景观,人文景观,建筑景观等现有景观资源,利用景观生态学的原理和方法,优化调整城乡景观生态格局,借助景观建设反作用于经济发展,在城乡一体化进程中思考研究如何实现以景观生态促进经济增长和环境保护的目标,达到区域中的城乡统筹发展、绿色生态发展,通过合理的规划促进城乡系统的多维融合效应的发挥,增强城乡景观联系,促进城乡交流与互动,提高资源的互利性和高效性,对于人类的可持续发展至关重要。从基础理论和相关理论的研究入手,阐明基础理论和相关理论包含的基本内涵和分析其与本文的相关性,进而提出本文的中心思想并对其做出界定。其次,运用景观融合理念,提出区域生态景观建设的指导思想和原则,将融合理念应用到新型城乡一体化景观生态规划建设的各个层面上,最后以山海关区长寿山绿道规划设计作为实践应用代表,详细阐述融合理论在区域生态景观中的应用。基于城乡景观融合理念的城乡一体化的研究对于新型城镇化和新农村建设与发展有着积极的意义,将融合理念应用到城乡一体化区域生态景观建设中,是规划理念系统中的一种尝试,也是修复自然生态的一个途径。生态景观研究已经成为后工业时代文明的标志,城市就像一个人的头、乡村是一个人的脚,而城乡一体就是连接人的躯干,景观作为呼吸器官,生态与否决定了人的健康。本文旨在通过研究成果起到城乡一体生态景观形成、连接城市与乡村、保护城乡生态环境、促进城乡可持续发展的作用,解决集约节约利用土地资源、促进城乡间文化、产业交流的问题,达到区域整体有机融合,使得区域内城乡建设、经济发展和生态景观一体化可持续发展。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan, our country's development is still in a period of important strategic opportunities that can make a big difference. The new urbanization process has been going on intensively as always. Under the present situation, urban-rural integration should no longer be simply "promoting agriculture through industry." Taking the village auxiliary city as the goal, we should, on the basis of fully understanding the connotation, innovate the concept, open up our thinking and combine the existing landscape resources, such as natural landscape, humanistic landscape, architectural landscape and so on, with the unique natural landscape, human landscape and architectural landscape in the region. Based on the principles and methods of landscape ecology, the landscape ecological pattern of urban and rural areas is optimized and adjusted, and the economic development is counteracted by landscape construction. In the process of urban-rural integration, how to achieve the goal of promoting economic growth and environmental protection by landscape ecology, and achieving the overall development of urban and rural areas, green ecological development, Through rational planning to promote the multi-dimensional integration of urban and rural systems, enhance the urban and rural landscape links, promote urban and rural exchanges and interaction, improve the mutual benefit and efficiency of resources, It is very important for the sustainable development of human being. Starting with the research of basic theory and related theory, this paper clarifies the basic connotation of basic theory and relevant theory and analyzes its relevance to this paper. Then put forward the central idea of this paper and make a definition of it. Secondly, using the concept of landscape integration, put forward the guiding ideology and principles of regional ecological landscape construction, The fusion idea is applied to all levels of the new urban and rural integrated landscape ecological planning and construction. Finally, the planning and design of Changshoushan Green Road in Shanhaiguan District is taken as the practical application representative. The application of fusion theory in regional ecological landscape is expounded in detail. The research of urban-rural integration based on the concept of urban-rural landscape integration has positive significance for the new urbanization and the construction and development of new countryside. It is an attempt in the planning idea system to apply the concept of fusion to the construction of regional ecological landscape in urban and rural integration, and it is also a way to restore the natural ecology. The study of ecological landscape has become the symbol of civilization in the post-industrial era. The city is like a person's head, the village is a person's foot, and the urban-rural unity is to connect the human torso, the landscape as a respiratory organ, the ecology or not determines the human health. Connecting cities and villages, protecting the ecological environment of urban and rural areas, promoting the sustainable development of urban and rural areas, solving the problems of intensive and economical use of land resources, promoting cultural and industrial exchanges between urban and rural areas, and achieving the organic integration of the whole region, Make the region urban and rural construction, economic development and ecological landscape integration of sustainable development.
